My stepson lives in a remote location and wanted to post a no trespassing sign. As he has a good sense of humor, we purchased this as one of his Christmas gifts. As soon as he opened the gift he started laughing! Then everyone else started laughing and discussing where it should be posted for best effect!It's a thin metal sign, but should be quite sturdy for a number of years. The aging is quite artistically done and looks genuine. We would absolutely purchase it again.

This literally hysterical. The Police Chief lives across from us and he laughs every morning when he sees this sign in our front bay window. He said when his Police Officers drive by they always radio in, “ I think they’re finding more spots to hide the bodies”. Hysterical!! All of our neighbors think it’s hysterical. All of our guests always come in laughing, and asking are we going to actually go home or have y’all found more land”? It’s sturdy. You can read the sign all the way from our street. Great price!! I purchased 2. I gave 1 to our neighbor the Police Chief. Now it’s in his front window. So much fun!!

Got as a gift for one of my beasties when they bought a house. She loved it!

I live in the sticks and we like to share our warped sense of humor with these kind of posted signs. This one looks realistic! We nailed this to a tree right beside our driveway. The funniest thing that has happened so far is the Amazon delivery driver paused at the signed, backed up and out comes an arm and phone! I think he took a picture of the sign! Hahaha! I wonder if he knows that they are sold on Amazon and he probably delivered it too!

I noticed reviewers are using this sign as a Halloween decoration but I am loving this for all year round! This sign along with my The Shining doormat that says, "Welcome to the Overlook Hotel," completes our front door entrance in our enclosed front porch! I sent a picture of the sign to my friends and family and it's been a hit so far!! Very sturdy, well made, and for the price I highly recommend it!!
