The media could not be loaded. We purchased this product due to the finish and style. After it was installed, it looked even better. My favorite part though is the water pressure - it is awesome!However after about a year into using this shower, the black matte finish started peeling off in large chunks on the wall plate and also the handheld shower hose. The shower head itself also started leaking. It was a frustrating time…But, I contacted Jamcoly and they were excellent to work with. The customer support they provided is superior! They sent me a new shower plate, hose, and shower head. All in three separate shipments as these issues arose at different times. A+ to them! I just hope they continue to improve the quality of the black matte finish on their products so this doesn’t continue to happen.5 stars though due to the superior customer service!

Ordered a Shower kit from Amazon. When i started to install the kit a few weeks later, the handle to the shower was missing. I reached out to the company that sold the kit. They sent a replacement handle the next day. Installed and all is great. this is the second shower kit i have. the other is 3 years old and working fantastic. Beautiful as well. Great company that stood behind their products with NO hassles.

I love the look and feel of the shower system, it's the best for the price! I bought several ones of the same, in different colors and they make the shower look very good!I had a minor issue with one of the plates, and the customer service was outstanding. They were truly concerned, followed up continuously, and solved the issue very quickly!

What really set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service. I ordered from jamcoly. I ordered three sets of these for a new bathroom remodel I was doing. Overall the product is decent and I have no complaints. Only time will tell if it’s a good product and how it will deteriorate over time. I’ve had it installed for about 2 months now and so far so good on all three sets.However during the instal the seller was very helpful. The original thread for one of the handheld shower was too short. This was more my contractors fault than the product. He did not follow instructions. When I contacted jamcoly, they had requested $10 each to remake a fixture with longer thread. I was hesitant at first as it was outside of Amazon but agreed as I had no choice and it was through PayPal. Within a couple weeks I had three new pieces delivered. One piece fit perfectly but the other two were now too long. This was my own fault again as I measured bad. When I mentioned this they agreed to provide me with two more pieces with the right length free of charge, even though I offered to pay. A couple more weeks and I had them at my door and this time installed and fit perfectly. Overall the product does what it is supposed to and looks decent. However the customer service is what really went above and beyond. They called me multiple times to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend this seller jamcoly.
