Not as adaptable as I'd like
I was able to use this to mount a 65" screen in a corner. I doubt you could use this with a 70" screen or larger as there is very little clearance between the edge of the TV and the two walls when the screen is at 45 degrees in the corner. I suggest that you make a simple model in FreeCAD (as the name implies, it is free software) using the sketcher tool. Unfortunately none of the documentation available prior to purchase is sufficient to make an accurate model. My first model was wildly wrong. To remedy that, I have included a capture of the model I made which shows the dimensions measured from the television mount after it arrived. This model includes the dimensions of the TV that I was going to install. Make sure you use the dimensions of the TV you plan to install instead. If you leave some dimensions unconstrained, you can drag the TV around in the model and verify that you can move it to the positions you want without running into the walls. The position of the hinge at the wall bracket should have been adjustable, it is not. It might be possible to remove the hinge pins and flip the wall bracket so that the hinge on the wall bracket is on the right, but I don't know since I did not need to try that.Since the drywall of the adjacent wall covered part of the stud I needed to attach to, I had to drive the screws at a slight angle to ensure they would go through the center of the stud. This meant I had to do the same thing on the second stud since the center of that stud fell between the available holes. The installation seems quite sturdy in spite of this. The wall bracket is just long enough to span two studs 16" apart. Since you must mount to two studs, the studs will dictate where you mount the wall bracket (this is why the location of the hinge pin should be adjustable on the wall bracket.)My goal was to get the wall bracket hinge as close to centered in the corner as possible so that I could put the TV flat against either wall when I needed it out of the way. Unfortunately the hinge pin is several inches away from the end of the wall bracket, so the TV won't quite go flat against the adjacent wall, it will only go completely flat against the wall that the wall bracket is mounted to.The bracket came with an HDMI cable, but it is only high speed. I needed ultra speed for the television I installed. I also needed a longer cable than provided. The cable management on the mount arm is maxed out by a power cord, an HDMI cable, an Ethernet cable, an antenna cable, and a speaker wire to use the television as a center speaker. I thought I was going to have to run a TOSLINK cable as well which would not have fit, but I finally got ARC working, so I did not need to. If you plan to hook up multiple HDMI cables, you will have to come up with an alternate cable management system.

Make sure your studs are on 16" centers
For some reason my studs behind my TV wall were 17" at center. This mount has ZERO tolerance for such a problem. I ended up welding a 1" piece of angle to the side to get it to mount. Otherwise a very nice product.
