Not too loud and light weight. The diffuser doesn't go popping off and flying across the room like my old one. I am still getting used to the button placement and sometimes accidentally shut it off mid blow. I purchased this one because of the various attachments. I had an old Conair from the late 90s that has the perfect "comb" attachment that straightened my hair enough while maintaining blow-out volume. I was hoping this would be the same, but the comb attachment is like 1/4 the size of what I was used to... much smaller than the picture suggests. It would be fine for shorter hair but not with all my long luscious locks. Overall, it is a nice dryer though.

UPDATE AFTER 2.5 YEARS: This is an exceptional, 5-star product. We have it in our main bathroom and 4 different people use it with different attachments. never once caused a single issue. every single thing listed on the ad you can expect to receive from this product without a doubt. unless something changed after 2.5 years, if you're going to buy a blow dryer from Amazon, this is the one. buy it and come thank me after 2.5 half yearsoriginal review:This blow dryer works perfectly, except when it’s on the highest heat setting the attachments heat up very quickly and get extremely hot. However, when I reached out to the customer service they offered a replacement but they stated that the attachments might still heat up. My fav thing about the blow dryer is that it’s extremely light weight even with diffuser which is massive. Doesn’t make you feel like you just did an arm workout. It also looks very sleek and high quality. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and the customer service.

Bought it 4 years ago, and it’s still in great condition. It heat settings is great, barely any scratches and I still have all the attachments.would definitely recommend

I chose this blow dryer because it was advertised as light weight. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and I find it heavy and awkward to use. I can only use the lower heat settings because I find it burns my scalp. My hair is curly and it does a good job of straightening my hair in a short amount of time, so I am keeping it.
