Great, for the price
Look, you have to put this in perspective of the price. This machine is under $300, and many "basic" filling machines are $1000+. That being said, it has some quirks, but overall I've packed about 5000lbs so far of powder plaster. It works well and is accurate to within 1 gram. (I pack in 100g batches, so a few grams isn't a big deal to me). All that said, once you really get to learn how the machine works, it's a MAJOR time saver. I went from hand-scooping and weighing to this and it's cut time in half. Yes, it's loud. Sometimes very loud. Here's what you need to know:The powder goes in the top. It sits on a vibrating tray. The vibration makes some powder fall off the edge onto the scale. It stops vibrating when your target weight is hit. There are 3 speed settings. The speeds change the vibration intensity of the pan. The slow setting is the quietest and its actually still pretty fast. Sometimes, if the material you're using is clumpy and isn't falling off the pan fast enough, the machine will automatically kick into the next speed higher. This is MUCH louder. Some people may be put off by this and think the machine is malfunctioning, it's not. Medium and Fast speeds are just really loud. This machine is about efficiency and time saving, not quietness.Yes, the buttons are in very bad english, just play around with them until you get it. It's not that hard to figure out.It has an automatic sensor under the out-spout, so when you hold a back up to it, it dumps automatically. This is AWESOME. It also has a peddle too but the sensor works fine so I just use that. The sensor might not work on clear plastic bags though, so you might have to use the peddle if your bag is see-through.Otherwise, it can hold quiet a bit of weight in the hopper. I put about 25lbs at a time of plaster powder in the top and it handles it fine. I wouldn't go much more than that.Again, this machine has some quirks and isn't what I would consider "high quality" - but also, the price is SIGNIFICANTLY less than most entry level machines, and the fact is: It works and it saves me a ton of time.I came here to buy my third machine and noticed I haven't yet left a review. Eventually, when the business has the funds, I will upgrade to a filling/packing machine that auto-bags and heat seals for me, but we're talking about $3000+ dollars for something like that.

So far so good.
We have been using this for a few days and seems to be working great. Showed up very well packed. Set up only required removing two bolts from the bottom and it was ready to go. Instructions are very minimal but it is pretty basic and you will get the hang of it quickly. We portion lighter packages and found it was very accurate down to .8 grams, but we are using smaller diameter material that range from the size of grains of rice to the size of a small dried pea. Have not tried anything less than .8g, or greater than 4 grams. Only time it seems to have an issue is when we added material to the hopper, but it would correct itself after a few tries. It will give a short beep when your weight is in range, and a longer loud beep if it has weight more than .2 grams over. One thing we really like is it never shorts material, and will sometimes go over by .1 gram or so, which is better for us as we would rather give our customers more than short them. Durability wise only time will tell as it has a few moving parts that will eventually give out. Also noticed it is very sensitive to motion and we eventually set it up on it's own table that is separate from our work area so an to not jostle the machine when it is weighing material.

Highly inaccurate
I bought this to dispense flours into bags for custom mixes. It worked for about 90 fillings, then it stopped working. Even on low it is constantly over filling, thus taking more time to accurately fill bags. I reached out via email to the company and never heard back. I'm very disappointed in this product and what a waste of money it is.

More reliable and quieter, but not as fast.
I really appreciate how much quieter and better functioning this is than another brand I purchased. However, I am very disappointed in how slow it recharges, even in fast mode. I would like to shave more time off of cycles than I am able to with this one. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

Very Effective and Worth The Purchase
Truly love our machine. We are a small coffee roasting company and the machine is perfect for packing my 2 oz bags as well as my single serve pods. We have bought two machines, one for flavored coffee and one for non flavored coffee. We had trouble with one machine at first and was able to speak with someone directly through WhatsApp and email to handle it and get the problem resolved. They truly went above and beyond to make our purchase more than we expected!

Good for the Money
This is my first filling machine. It weighs fairly accurately and makes filling powders and loose leaves quick and easy and less messy. One feature that I think that buyers should know is that the cut metal edges are sharp which makes it less than ideal and potentially dangerous at times.UPDATE: Now as of April, 2023, this item consistently overfills powders and small seeds by over 15%. The accuracy did not last long. We take very good care of it, blowing any dust out, wiping it down, and keeping it covered and in a sealed plastic bin. We use it about 2 times per month, so it hasn't been heavy use.

Excellent! Increased our productivity by a lot!
We use this machine to package over 16,000 barrier pouches with powders of different grain size and it works extremely good for its price.Sure, sometimes it may get stuck or something may happen, but the trick is to calibrate it and really learn how to use it. ALso make sure to do some proper maintenance like opening it and cleaning any product that may get stuck. We like it so much that we have 4 of them now.
