I use this all the time when using my heat press. This is my 2nd time buying. The only thing that makes me give it 4 stars is sometimes it's not sticky enough to hold my design in place. I add more tape & then it holds great.

It works great for my mug sublimation projects. It doesn’t stain the mug and holds perfectly for the heat press.
