GHS Strings TCGBXL 9-42 Extra Light Thin Core Boomers Guitar Set

If you like bright strings, these are the ones to get. Crisp tone, great sustain and playability. Bends do take some effort but I prefer that to pitch drifting with slinky strings. I usually change strings about once a month, sometimes sooner if I’m really playing a lot. These hold their tone for a good amount of time in my opinion.

These strings were just an impulse buy. i dont like paying over 100 percent markup for cheap strings locally so i decided to give these a shot for a fraction of the cost of locally purchased ones. These strings exceeded my expectations. they have a good sound and are lighter gauge.

I put these on my practice acoustic guitar. They play and sound pretty good.
