This is a high quality product. Very well detailed and tall enough. Animals do get close to drink and I love how it looks in my garden. I do recommend it.

Love him, love the size and detail of this statue. I only wish the deer's face wasn't cocked so far up because you have to be looking down on statue to see his/her great features. All in all though, it's a beautiful statue. It is lighter in weight even with the crushed stone mix and resin material. It would've been nice to have some sort of hole in bottom to be able to fill with sand or other weighted material to hold him steady in the event of heavy wind gusts ... Which he might just experience where he is being placed on property. I'll have to figure out a way to secure him to the ground. You won't be disappointed in him by any means however.

My statue came packaged very well - protected very nicely and delivered by Amazon associate with care. Lovely design, very sturdy, and my statue looks great in my courtyard. This is heavy enough to stay in place and light enough to be moved if need be. Overall it was a great buy at 60% off list, and exactly what I have been looking for. Once outside, the basket will fill with water for birds and pollinators (add a few flat stones to keep the bees from falling in). This is my second statue from design Toscano, and the quality of both items is outstanding. I deducted a star because I cannot vouch for its weather resistance capabilities.
