It should, but keep in mind The foam in the case ships full, you'll need to place your controller on top of the foam to determine how much to tear away from the casing to make snug fit for your device.

I want to say yes off hand, but honestly i'm not sure. You'll have to check the dimensions to make sure. I purchased the MPC Studio Black, and had room to spare. From the looks of it, I believe the depth & height would be good, but the length may be the issue with the mpc 1000. My gut instinct is saying just go for it. I love this case, for the fact that it's customizable, looks and feels super sturdy, and is light weight! Take the risk, and just envision that it's exactly what you need when making the purchase.
