This product is well made and I’m very impressed with the materials and workmanship. Gets you going with a relatively small investment.

When filled with oversized clothing, a punching bag is a wonderful training device. I have hardened mine with various densities and textures of wood, ceramic, and other various household materials. It serves well. It is wise to remember that when training, a school only exposes one to the inherent weaknesses that the "master" knows. In conflict, running away and communicating the issue to the authorities is always the wisest choice. Scratch, fight, gouge, rip. Leave marks on their eyes if possible. Defend yourself at all costs.

The bag is just a little taller than I would like, it needs too much clothes to stuff it. if it was just a foot shorter it would be perfect for home use.

I love this thing! It is such great exercise and conveniently installed at home with 2 lag bolts and a mount sold separately.! I put a 30 LB bag of sand in the bottom, then stuffed it with extra blankets. It is very durable and well constructed.

I got this for my brother because his birthday wish was to get fit again. After filling it up and finding a nice spot to hang it, he uses it quite regularly! He says it's sturdy and kind of hurt his knuckles initially (he even bled) so I recommend you get gloves to use with this punching bag. He did have to fill it up himself and used a bunch of old shirts (washed) until it was nicely packed. It's been a couple months since he received it and I noticed he's starting to redevelop biceps!He also works out at a gym regularly. The punching bag is not his only workout.

Definitely worth the money. Holds well over 100 lbs. mines probably 150 plus my body 185 = 335! Feels great, and is decent quality for 50 bucks.

I bought this bag in August of 2022 and filled it to 100lbs. I then suspended it outside on my back porch and used it anywhere from once to three times per week from then to now (October 2023). About two days ago when I started my workout, the straps broke and the bag fell. I'd noticed them getting frayed and individual threads were ripping a couple of months ago, but I'd hoped it would hold up longer. I assume this was primarily caused by the bag being exposed to sunlight. Maybe that's on me, but the marketing materials never stated anywhere that this was an indoor bag or that it shouldn't be exposed to the elements.Overall it's not a bad bag at all, and I don't regret the purchase, but just know that if you plan to use it outside, it might not hold up in the long haul.
