This was an easy fix for my Samsung washer. The mixing valve would not close every time and I had to shut off the water. Installed this replacement in about 15-20 minutes. The washer now works like a champ. I know it’s not ORM, but,you can’t tell it.

Fits Samsung washer perfectly; Stopped water leakage !
Ordered this part for my Samsung Top Loading clothes washer. My washer had been pouring water into the drum, even when turned off. So, we needed a new water inlet valve. We replaced the old part with the new one; which was very easy to do, and it stopped the water from pouring in completely!! We are very satisfied.

Easy and fixed problem, but makes buzz when water flows
We suddenly had a small leak from the hot water portion of the water intake valve and found this product after some research. It's great. Took me 10 minutes to install and it fixed the leak.My only question is, now it makes a bit of a "bzzt" buzzing noise whenever the water starts or stops flowing. It works however, so really its just a bit of an annoyance. Has anyone had this experience or know what to look into to make it stop? I appreciate any advice.

Worked for about 2 months
Worked for about 2 months then the hot water side solenoid went out. Really disappointing, and it broke after the 30 day return period

My Samsung washer is about 10 years old. I’ve replaced a drain pump off YouTube so I figured I’d give this a go rather than paying someone else to. It was very easy to replace and fixed the problem! (Also just don’t buy Samsung. 😂 As long as the repairs are cheap and easy I’ll keep it, but never again will I have a Samsung appliance)
