Great customer service!!!!
I bought this wall mounted television stand looks great and multifunctional, but arrived slightly damaged due to shipping; which was no fault on the manufacturer. I did not open the package until after the 30 day Amazon return window; however, the manufacturer honored their manufacturer warranty and issued a full refund for the damaged product. This is a great company with excellent customer service with products where you get value for your money. I highly recommend this company and their products.

RUN AWAY - DO NOT BUY
UPDATE: Seller was gracious enough to cover the return shipping costI'm not a contractor, but I'm pretty handy with tools. So I spent Memorial Day '22 weekend putting this unit together only to have to it darn near destroy my bedroom wall when I placed a 42in TV on top. All of the eight (8) drywall anchors used to hold the four (4) crosspieces to the wall failed. Had my wife & I let go of the TV, the unit would have completely fallen to the floor. I'm thankful my 65in 8k hadn't been delivered or I'd really be p o'd.Needless to say, I have since disassembled this product. It's packed & ready to ship back for refund. Now not only do I have to repair my wall but after reading the return policy discovered I now have to pay to ship this product back to seller. Ain't that some 'ish? Two oversized boxes & 150 plus pounds total; I can only imagine what shipping is going to cost me.To those of you who will still purchase this product beware, the instructions to assemble are lacking. Picture/illustrated instructions. However, the images are not the best. The parts are not numbered/labeled. You will need to carefully match the each part to its picture shown in the instructions.AGAIN, I CAUTION YOU AGAINST BUYING solely based on the what you will be out of pocket should you need to return the product. To the seller - in the future, please provide better/clearer instructions.

Pretty Nice
It’s been up for about a week and so far, I like it. I’m using it in a bedroom. Putting it together wasn’t too bad but mounting it to the wall is definitely a two person job as the shape makes it difficult to pick up for one person. I got it done by myself but I would advise against it. Seems solid enough but the full range wall mount that I bought is too heavy so I’ll have to have the tv standing for now. When placing the mounts on the wall, I used a laser level and everything came out right. We’ll see how it goes!

An OK product, but takes some patience
The media could not be loaded. You can scroll through these reviews to make your decision, but everyone will usually always have mixed reviews. For anyone complaining about the wall anchors provided, you should know to always go out of your way to get better anchors yourself. Manufacturers will always ship the cheapest solution. Go to your local hardware store and pick some up.Now onto my review. It took me roughly, combined, about 10 hours total, but just because I’ve had some mishaps of my own doing. The measurements are in millimeters, which is something I’m not at all used to. So, I had to do my own measurements. Putting the whole thing together, minus putting it into the wall took me about 2 hours. Yea, the directions are a bit lackluster, but it gets the point across. The screws, wooden dowels and all of the other equipment were just all thrown into a bag mixed in with one another. Big mishap on the manufacturer’s part. Once you separate everything, it’s pretty much easy going from there. Just follow the pictures instructions closely and you’ll get your finished product. As far as putting it into the wall, that’s a whole different story. This part was a literal nightmare. I had to make so many holes in my wall and leave anchors in my wall, it was ridiculous. They give you this sheet of paper that doesn’t really help much for your drill spots. Mine must’ve been off by a lot. I’ve done my measurements and what not, but still, even after a second time of taking the wall mounts off, it still wasn’t straight or correct. I finally gave up, and as you can see in the picture, I mounted the top of the unit from the actual unit itself. I just drilled a 1/4” hole and used a 1/4” screw with an anchor. It’s holding up pretty well. The bottom half is sitting on the wall brackets that it came with. In all, it’s a fairly good product. Sure, it’s cheap material, but you get what you pay for. It does look nice though. In my pictures, I haven’t fully cleaned up all the oily fingerprints yet. And please do excuse the wires. It will be cleaned up eventually.Oh! The LED’s that it comes with. Idk how some people have it wired up and working, but I can’t seem to get it to work. And I am not taking that thing off of the wall to try to fix it. I’m just going to buy something different and better, cuz from the product page pictures, the LED’s look bad anyways.Last thing, if you mess up and screws or whatever, it doesn’t come with any extra. I haven’t even tried to contact the seller, I rather skip all that and go to the hardware store and buy it myself. I still have one drawer that I can’t use atm cuz I messed up the closing joint part.Ok, last, LAST thing. You will need a second person to hang it on the wall. It’s 160lbs.Good luck! My 3 star rating is pretty accurate for a DIYer and you wanna be cheap and not hire a professional installer. It’s frustrating, but you got this!
