I can tell a major difference in my energy level with these. When I forget them I feel sluggish. When I take them I feel energetic. I take 1 after each meal of the day so they can be more readily digested with food and have better absorption into my body. These vitamins have most of the nutrients I need to supplement my daily nutrition. Sometimes I add other supplements, but usually only when I am healing from an injury. They are also loaded with excellent whole food sources of antioxidants so if you need immune boosting, these would probably help you. I rarely get sick when I am taking these everyday. Also, I avoid taking them too close to bedtime because then I have trouble getting to sleep due to all the extra energy. I can also tell that I have better and more energetic workouts if I take one with a small meal an hour or so prior to exercise. I like the chewables because I don't like swallowing big tablets and digestion feels a bit more difficult with a tablet. Also, I try to avoid as many binding agents as possible and I think the tablets have more. These chewables taste fine to me, but then again I am very accustomed to eating mainly whole, healthy foods with little sugar or chemical additives and flavorings. They do contain xylitol so don't let your dog eat them because xylitol is poisonous to dogs. Xylitol may taste funny to some people, but that is often what people say who eat a lot of sugar.

Dosage is 3 chewables Daily. Definitely gives me extra energy that I can feel. Sometimes I spread them out through the day because it is hard to chew the third one at the same time. The flavor is not bad. It is the best vitamin I have ever taken that I can honestly say it makes a big difference in the way I feel. Remarkable. I can also just take 2 daily and still feel a boost and energy change.

The gummies and tablets are very hard to find in stores, so we’re super thankful to find them on here! It did take almost a month to ship but well worth the wait! These vitamins keep us energized and eager for day to day activities!

Chewable pills are huge! Taste terrible and make me nauseous when they hit my stomach. But the are so inclusive in their contents I choke them down.

I take the gummies but ran out and I needed these ASAP so I purchased the chewables since it was available by Prime. I will say that any good vitamin isn't going to taste great and if it does it probably has few vitamins and no whole foods. This tastes fine. It's not bitter or gross which it could easily be given everything in it. It's one of the best supplements I've found aside from the one liquid supplement I love but it costs 3x this price and the taste is even worst. This has not only vitamins but whole foods. The ingredients are awesome. I also love that it has biotin and D. I have taken gummy for hair and nail and this one covers it. Dare to compare the ingredients and price. I'm not sure why people complain about this. It's so much better than swallowing a big horse pill that barely breaks up in your stomach and is a big waste of money. I prefer the gummies but I have to wonder how they got so many ingredients in the gummies which are smaller? Weird. I almost feel like I get more energy with these than the gummies but I do prefer the gummies b/c they are smaller.

I have been taking this brand of vitamin for many years. Because the large tablets are becoming more difficult for me to swallow, I decided to try the chewable version. However, the chewables are huge, extremely hard surfaced and difficult to chew, and, taste terrible. I returned them for a refund after taking three of them.

My husband has trouble swallowing pills. These chewable are absolutely HUGE and they are hard. He had to suck on them awhile to even be able to chew them. I will not order them again. I will stick with gummies or will buy liquid.

I have been looking for a good chewable vitamin for some time. I have difficulty swallowing large pills, and multivitamins are huge! I tried gummies first, but discovered the have only a fraction of the vitamins that the horse pills have. After doing some research I came across the Source of Life vitamins.The serving size is 3 wafers. They are large, but taste like a smarty. The flavor is tangy, and is only a little chalky. Basically they taste like candy. The vitamin and mineral content is just as good if not better than most of the pills that are out there, and also includes items not typically found in your regular multivitamin.Also because they are chewable your body will absorb more of the nutrients contained in the wafers. The pills end up coming out the other end almost completely intact. I have heard that your digestive system only consumes about 20% of the pills.
