Works great, have patience
I used this to strip a bicycle frame. This product worked well for my needs. I used a wire wheel brush on my drill to scuff most of the surface before applying the remover. I feel like that helped a lot. The paint came off in the areas that I did not scuff also, but it took a bit more scraping. I layered it on thick and then covered it with plastic wrap and let it sit overnight. A lot of the paint scraped off easily with one stroke of the scraper, other areas were a little more stubborn. Overall I am happy with how this worked. Take your time applying the gel and covering your project, then allow the product time to work and you will be happy with the outcome to.

Bought this to remove the paint on my valve cover. My friend had told me to get aircraft paint stripper, but this was cheaper and next day shipping. Worked like a charm, applied it as per the instructions with a thick coat so it didn’t dry out, then was able to pressure clean it all off an hour later (if you don’t have a pressure cleaner, you can just use a brush or put on gloves and use your hands…I actually did this for a few sections because it’s really fun to do, and I had no skin irritation or reactions, and my glove broke in a few places lol…but of course, don’t come into contact with your skin without protection, yada yada). It only took one coat to do what I needed it to do, and when I looked the bottle it looked like I didn’t even use any because there was still soo much left. Anyway, my coworker actually ended up using pretty much the rest of the bottle to remove the paint on some of his car parts because he saw what it did for me, and it worked super well for him too! His parts were powder coated, so he’s had to do 2-3 rounds of this to get it off, but it works. Also, it doesn’t burn your nostrils or make your eyes water or anything, just has a faint citrus smell.

A replacement for CitriStrip
I needed to strip the finish from a piece of furniture prior to painting and decided to try this after years of using CitriStrip. It was a less costly choice and the result was basically what I expected based upon past experiences with the more costly product. It can be used safely indoors without fear of excessive inhalation of dangerous chemicals.

OK product, needs more clear instruction
the instruction is not very clear; a bit messy to use.

Terrible product
This is a horrible product. It is thick and goopy, impossible to put on smoothly. And it dries quickly. It was not put on in a warm or sunny place. They suggest to leave it on for 1 to 24 hours. I’m not sure how a person would be able to leave it on that long as it doesn’t stay wet as they suggest it needs to be for very long. And then trying to take it off was a real pain. I left it on for a couple of hours on a thin coat of Lacquer. It was sticky and goofy and impossible to remove smoothly. I would not recommend this product to anyone.I have done lots of furniture refinishing in your past and thought I would give this a try as I had seen. Other people had good success with it. They must work for the company!

Applied correctly gives great results in very little time
The media could not be loaded. I bought the diy marble paint kit to paint over my counter tops. After having it for a few years it was clear it did not stand the test of time. Stains and chipping were very common. So, I scoured the internet for a product that would be able to remove the paint safely from hardtop counters.First, I wanna say I didn't follow the directions to the letter. I wanted to see if I could get away with less product. The section I've showed is my first attempt AFTER my test strip. The test strip I applied with my gloved hands. Applying it much like lotion. I covered the section with plastic wrap. I let the area sit for about an hour. The paint came up quite well. For the rest of the section I used a paint brush (which still had some old purple paint in it which is why there are streaks in the picture) and applied it as evenly as I could. I covered part of the section with plastic wrap and part of the section without. I did this to test if covering it was needed or not. The directions do suggest to cover it while it sits.I waited about another hour before returning. I started to scrape the non-covered area first. Some paint came up while some did not. I then tried the section underneath the plastic wrap and had the same result.Upon further inspection- it's clear I did not apply the product evenly. Spots that had thicker product came up just fine. Not wanting to mess my weak wrists up, I decided to reapply product with my gloved hands on the areas that wouldn't come up easily. I did not cover the sections. I waited about another hour. Just as I had thought, the paint came up just fine when a decent amount was used. After removing the product best I could- I scrubbed the section with dawn dish soap to remove leftover residue... And seems like it looks good as new!Things I will do different on the rest of my countertop-Using a roller or just my hands (paint brush is not even enough)Using wax paper/plastic wrap to cover it upNOTE: I bought a 32oz bottle. Doing the small section pictured took about 1/5th the bottle. I may have to buy more to finish the rest of the project.

Gel Paint stripper, no fumes
love this paint remover gel. Thick so it stays where you put it, works great when warm. I stripped the whole inside of my 1958 Kenskill travel trailer and it worked amazing, And no fumes!! Great product.
