Outstanding system!
The unit was well packaged in a box. We ordered the 3 receiver, 2 wrist and 2 pendants. The system was very easy to set up. Within a few minutes, the receivers and buttons were paired. We purchased this product to use as an alert system for me due to impairments and to quickly request help. The system works very well and has a greater range than advertised. We believe the product has increased my ability to call for help, which has increased my safety.

This is a fantastic system to have as a caregiver for an elderly parent!
This is a fantastic system to have as a caregiver and caregivers for an elderly family member. It is simple to use and the alert sound is very loud and can be heard throughout the entire house. The range is great and it is definitely worth the money for the peace of mind it gives you!

Great Product!
I really like this notification process. I tried baby monitors but they weren’t dependable so I ordered this. I take care of my 92 yo mother and right now she’s unable to get out of bed. This system of her wearing a wrist button is easy for her to call me and for us, works like a charm! Yes, now I certainly have peace of mind that I’m there when she needs me. I hear the page without fail which is extremely important because my hearing isn’t the best. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Setup is easy and 3 receivers cover our whole house!
The media could not be loaded. We got the bundle of 3 plugin receivers, 2 call buttons, and 1 watch call button. This is working very well for us to care for my 92 year old mother. The watch call button strap is soft and comfortable with an extra little rubber band to hold the end of the strap in place, so she wears it all the time except for showering. We have a receiver on all 3 levels of the house, so we can hear no matter where we are. We’ve paired them to play a short tune on each press, but you can pair them to give a continuous alert until turned off if desired. You can get 10 replacement CR2032 batteries for the watch call button for about $6 on Amazon when needed.Note that our bundle has “plugin” receivers. If you need portable receivers or need receivers that work even during a power outage, DayTech does have battery operated receivers and rechargeable battery operated receivers on their website which are compatible with the call buttons in our bundle. And the DayTech chat support was a quick way to get all my product questions answered!

Peace of mind
My husband is on Hospice with end stage Pulmonary Fibrosis. He still gets up to go the the restroom, but after falling a couple of times I cannot let him do it without my assistance. I needed some kind of bell or something he could ring to get my attention if I was in another part of the house. I did research and found this Daytech system. The price was very affordable, extremely easy to set up, incuding pairing the devices, and it all works brilliantly! Now I have more peace of mind and so does my husband. Thank you, Daytech, for saving the day. I would (and have) highly recommend this to anyone. Our Hospice team was excited to learn about it, too.

My love one is never alone!
My elderly husband has started falling. While at home, he wears the watch and I can rest assured knowing my husband can ring me if he needs me. I bought one watch with two plug in alarms. I keep one alarm by my bed and the other in the family room for daytime use. It’s comforting for him also to know I’ll be there as soon as he falls or needs me for any reason. It works everytime and has numerous alarm sounds to choose from.

works well, but may not work due to the fact dementia patients lose their ability to learn.
recently became caregiver for my 77 y.o. mother with onset of dementia. i have tested this in several rooms of the home and it works perfectly. however, i think it's very important to realize that this isn't quite magic. if the dementia has progressed far enough.. your loved one may not have the capacity anymore to learn and Know when to push the button on the watch. i even used a label maker and put "HELP" across the SOS face of the watch, and thus far (been a week) she has failed to catch on of when or how to use it. great concept, and i hope through gentle reminders she will eventually start to use it, but i am very doubtful, dementia is such a sad, horrible condition.**UPDATE*** well after having this a week, sadly she has apparently lost the watch somehow. not sure how the lanyard thing will work but im exploring possibility of getting a LOCKING airtag holder to attach to the lanyard. that way when she puts it somewhere and can't find it, we have the ability to at least find it. i feel so defeated and alone in this journey. literally EVERYTHING we are trying to help her..and keep her safe isn't working either due to her misplacing the equipment, or simply not having enough cognitive ability to grasp what to do if she needs help. i could buy the best system in the world and it's not going to amount to anything if she loses or forgets how to use the equipment. this journey isn't for the faint of heart folks. it's sad, depressing, and incredibly frustrating.
