We have had these collars since July and this is the second wound issue we have had with both our labs. First my Yellow male developed wounds from the tag on the collar. His fur still has not fully grown back. We have made sure many times that it is not too tight around his neck. When he goes on walks this collar is not the one attached to the leash we use a different collar altogether when he is walked. So no pulling on the collar is ever occurring. My sweet baby girl had now developed the same wounds from this collar and I am VERY MAD and heart broken for her. We had to put her on antibiotics and I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY THIS COLLAR FOR YOUR DOG !!!! I will be checking into safety protocol on these collars to make sure no other pets are harmed by them.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a sturdy collar without being hard on the neck. Do you reflective collar is great I can see her at night with a flashlight or just the light of the moon. The tag of course is the most important thing it was correct it is easy to read and my dog is able to be returned if she slips away.

Our 14 year old companion, Mya was missing for 6 hours and there was no way a would be finder could reach us because her name tag was on her harness, which she only wears for walk (It’s bulky and the metal clanks). After we found her (thanks to door knocking and lost dog signs), I quickly searched for a collar that she could keep on permanently and loved this design and it doesn’t clank. (I also updated her microchip and installed netting around our fence so she can no longer squeeze through).When I ordered her collar I accidentally picked the wrong size but the vendor sent me the right size (with new custom tag) at no cost!

I love the quality of the collar. The collar is easily adjustable and the engraving is very clear. I have had trouble in the past with identification tags- they clank against the county animal license and rabies vaccination tag and wear away the identification tag information. This collar is the perfect solution.The customer service of GoTags is outstanding. This is COVID time, so shipments can be delayed. The shipment company marked the collar as delivered....but I didn't have it yet. I e-mailed GoTags and they responded within 24 hours with the shipment information confirmation.I received the collar 2 days later...I found that the collar wasn't as I had wanted. I e-mailed GoTags and they responded in less than an hour. Turns out the mistake was my fault; an error when I ordered. GoTags is making the collar right with no hassle to me. Customer service that good is hard to find these days. All of my dogs' collars in the future will be purchased from GoTags.

Just purchased a second collar for a back up when our pup managed to get the first one off, found the first one :) The first one we bought a year ago and it still looks as good as new! They are very sturdy and well made. Our little girl is not gentle on anything and this collar has been perfect. Nice to have peace of mind knowing that IF she got out (never has) she would have all kinds of identifying info besides her chip. The peace of mind alone is worth every penny! I don't know how people's dogs are getting sores unless they didn't personally take the time to see that the tabs on the is plate are not sticking out and able to rub the dogs neck. I mean seriously? These are great collars, so much so I ordered a backup a year later.

These are very durable collars which last for years! They are well made, and the name plates are easy to read, and do not tarnish over time! Also, these sellers are amazing! They allowed me to exchange a collar to the size I needed, after I mistakenly picked the wrong size, without requesting a return on the first order. They have very prompt service, and were very generous to make this exchange for me! Got this collar for my dog for when she is in the kennel as it would be easier to get on and off compared to traditional collar. The snap is easy enough to take off but not so easy that it will come off randomly.The engraving is well done and I like the noiseless feature, and it delivers on that.The sizing is a little big compared to other brands so for sure measure before you buy, don't just go by a previous sizing.

High quality, custom engraved tag and collar for an outstanding price. Though I marked out personal info in pic, my dog's name, Freddie, shows how legible and beautifully engraved these collars with tags are. I never have to worry about my dogs getting lost in town. I got these collars even though both dogs are chipped since only vet or animal shelter will read chip, but anyone who finds my lost babies can call the number on the tag so I can bring them home. Great product, definitely worth the money.
