I take quite a high dose of this ( 50-100k daily) and haven't had problems at all driving at night. I'm 52 but I've been taking this product for 15 years. It probably has helped to maintain my vision.

kind person, what i read on my carotenoid complex bottle is perhaps not as learned as your interpretation but a, d, and e all have different equivalents for mcg or in the case of ‘e’, mg...to the international unit (iu) and i thought that the 7500 mcg was then just reexplained in its iu amount... i’m not sure that the placement of the parentheses indicates what you suggest.. but then you are likely far more knowledgeable than i..if it truly feels disturbing a call to country life might readily clarify the issue and soften any concerns you might have... and indeed all warmest bests in your info scavenging adventure..

I'm not exactly certain what your question is? Are you concerned the tatoo will altered or changed in some way? I can't imagine that it would have any adverse effect/impact on your tattoo. I would refer you to your tattoo artist as my understanding they are suppose to a good source if they are good at what they do. I would think this particular supplement should be only a good thing but again I would contact the artist for your best answer. I read up myself and saw no negative signs regarding this supplement and tattoos. Good Luck!
