I'm giving this cup to my brother for his Birthday because he is obsessed with Grey's Anatomy and I loved how this was able to be customized with his name!It came greatly packaged and my sister and I were shocked to see it was double-sided!Definitely worth the money (not that it's that expensive)! It also got delivered very quickly so I was really happy! I can't wait to give this to my brother for his Birthday!

I purchased this mug for a friend of mine during a Secret Santa exchange. Needless to say she loved the gift! It's a cute design and customization with her name. Unfortunately it did not have the exact nursing abbreviation for the experience and career that she is studying for. This gift arrived a few days earlier than expected and was in pretty much perfect condition, cased in Styrofoam and at an affordable price too. I would highly recommend this item.

This product was a gift for my son's white coat ceremony. My son loved it, but was little disappointed when he opened the box and the handle was broken. The seller was nice enough to send the replacement mug right away.I give 5 stars to the seller for sending the replacement mug. I am very happy and satisfied now. It's worth it!

Ordered this customized mug as a graduation gift. It was damaged during shipment and the company was great about a quick replacement. Very satisfied with the coffee mug and the customer service. Highly recommend.

The coffee mug arrived very fast but it was not as large as I expected. I would consider this a small coffee mug. Other reviews said it would hold a large amount of coffee and as a coffee drinker I would say it does not. Maybe 8 or 9 oz max. Again, I love this as it is a gift for someone else but I want to be honest. Also, it says it is microwave and dishwasher safe but there is not a label to say this at the bottom of the mug. So hopefully the description is accurate but I typically only buy mugs that say this at the bottom. Having a label assures me that the coffee mug isn't filled with chemicals from another country. It is a thoughtful gift and regardless of my opinion, I am sure the recent nurse graduate will love it.

I gave this as a gift to my Urologist as an appreciation of his taking care of me and not only was he surprised but was very happy and absolutely loved the coffee mug that he has put prominently on his desk plus the size was prefect and the added benefit that you can personalized the coffee mug is prefect. I will buy more in the near future for others

I bought this as a gift for my niece. She is going to school for nursing right now..she loved it. The mug looked sturdy and very nice. The picture on it is flat, I know it looks 3D (atleast to me). It is a pretty mug and you can personalize it!
