These are great! I have been losing a bit of weight recently and have a goal in mind. These are useful when you don't want to keep buying clothes, especially because things are so expensive. You can add these to any pair of jeans and make the waist tighter. I wish I had known about these earlier. They are very easy to install. You literally just pin them on and go. I was a bit nervous that they would not hold up, but so far, so good.

Because the jeans had several layers of fabric where the button was to be attached, the posts of all the replacement buttons I found were barely long enough. My first purchase was of the type that is very popular because no tools are required. It sounded great, but they were not strong enough to be secure with that thick fabric. So, I ordered these without much hope of them being long enough to be any better. It did take a little bit of pressure to turn the tool (which is included with the buttons) but not enough to be a problem. The jeans have been worn and washed a few times now and the button is still secure. I would recommend purchasing these instead of the no-tool-required style because your jeans are likely thick as well.

A great value for your money. Super easy to install and take off. I have used these to upsize and shrink different pants for a better fit. My only issue with the performance of them is that the back side sticks out pretty far and can poke at my waist line. Doesn’t hurt but it definitely irritates me. And also the pin can kinda bend if you make it too tight so you have to put it at the perfect length or else it will bend out of shape.

These are really good to adjust/replace the button on jeans. Kind of hard to pull apart the metal pieces but other than that they’re prefect.

These Jean Button pins are great! They're easy to attach and look nice. I bought them to use on a jean jacket. My jean jacket sleeves are too short for me, so I roll the sleeves up. I bought these pins to keep the folded-up sleeves in place (from unrolling). Works great and looks fabulous!

These work fine, and they’re easy to put on, but after a couple of wears they get bent out of shape and either fall off while you’re wearing them or they get so warped that the back gets stuck and you cannot remove them.

I spend a good 10 minutes trying to figure out how to take out the bottom part to use it, but after that, it was super easy to use and it really holds whatever you use it for.(Tip: you have to push the middle area and pull it out)

I lost over 60lbs but was too cheap to buy new clothes, also, I wasn't sure I'd keep it off--anyways, when I started to literally walk out of my clothes, my daughter lent me one of these. I loved it so much that I bought myself a pack. They are great and have helped keep my clothes up long enough to stop being cheap and get new ones.
