Exactly what we needed and it works great would recommend!

On June 5, I ordered a pool safety gate, including the automatic closing gate from water warden. After the pool was ready, we installed the fence, but realized quickly that the gate had come with absolutely no parts at all, including the hinges or the safety latch. I should’ve returned it immediately to Amazon, but it was recommended that I try to reach out to the company first to see if they could send replacement parts. I thought I was doing them a favor by not returning it to Amazon. So I tried to contacting the company directly. I got a hold of a customer service agent called Jacqueline Sherard. Miss Sherard emailed me a few times asking for new details each time such as photographs and a list of items that I had not received. I explained kindly to her that I didn’t have a list of things that I didn’t receive because how could I know what I didn’t get? She told me that I needed to respond to the email with a list of the part numbers that I was missing. In between each email that I received it would take her 4+ days to respond. In the meanwhile, my return window closed through Amazon so now I’m out over $300 for a gate that came with no parts and I’ve had to order an entirely new gate.I’m not sure what’s happening through Amazon, but I think that people are ordering the gates and taking the parts and then returning them. Water warden should be ashamed of their customer service. I absolutely do not recommend using this company.

Installation is HARD. If you’re not use to doing work around the house don’t even think about doing it yourself. Otherwise it’s beautiful and works well.

If you’re going to install this yourself plan to use ALOT of concrete drill bits! Overall the fence is nice easy to install once the holes are drilled, paper guides help a lot!

The media could not be loaded. There’s nothing to secure the gate to the ground so any kind of tension from the fence or pulling on it just lift it right out even though The bottom legs are secure in the sleeves. I’m not sure why they think that with this amount of tension that the gate wouldn’t need another mechanism to secure into the ground.

I was concerned that we might not be able to see inside the fence area from the house, but the entire area is clearly visible.

Works as expected, keeps the dogs out. Swings shut fast enough to cut them off after you enter. Lock keeps our toddler out and safe.

I installed this gate and the associated Water Warden fence around my pool. The gate itself is a mess -- there are four self-tapping screws for the latch that are blocked by the second bar on the side post. I had to screw those in with a driver bit and a pair of pliers. Then on the hinges they switched to bolt head screws so I had to use a ratchet rather than a driver. Finally, several of the "pre-drilled holes" on the instructions were missing, so I had to guess where to drill those myself. Clearly whoever designed this never put it together.More generally, the gate is just not sturdy enough to consistently hold the right shape for the gate to swing and latch freely. It was a lot of unnecessary work to install, and then it doesn't look very good or swing very well after all that effort.

Great fence, material is very durable, exactly as expected. Install was ok, we found that the only difficulty is if you did not have the hole drilled perfectly for the sleeve that it would easily throw off the pole and therefore the fence. But that only happened once, then we made sure we really paid attention:)

The gate is fine, however, it is missing holes in the metal to actually be able to attach it securely to the fence...I don't have the tools to drill into metal so this summer I will have to borrow tools just to make it work.

Works as advertised. Take your time during install and use the correct tools.
