This product works great. I use it with the door adapter. I get the same great results as if I were in physical therapy. I would recommend it for daily stretching.

The green has the right amount of tension for recovery PT from a torn rotator cuff. I doubled up the band by tying one end back to the other handle end once I got a bit stronger. That shortened it too, which made it more convenient. Good quality and the handles are solid.

I wish I had gone up one in firmness, but that is all on me. This band is as described, well designed and manufactured. I would consider the green to be "easy".

It is made well and works great, the only downside is it did not come with any e book exercise instructions on how to use it. So far I figured out standing on it and doing forward and reverse curls, and clean and jerks pulling it hard up over my head. Also I wrap it around my french curl door handles and pull it towards me facing the door, then I turn around with my back to the door and pull forward with a punching forward motion. To get a pull done motion I found a large bicycle hook, screwed it into a stud in the ceiling and and use that to pull down forward and reverse curls with. The more I use it the more exercises I figure out.

After reading reviews about how weak the resistance is in the green level 1, I ordered the blue level 2 for my home PT. Turns out the blue was too tense, causing my shoulder to make a snapping sound when doing some exercises. My therapist suggested I get the next lower level, and I ordered the green and I am much happier with it. It does the job without the damage. If you are recuperating from surgery, you need therapy. You're not at a gym trying to prove something.

The Theraband resistance tube and handles are great, but the product picture depicts a door anchor with the resistance tube set. The door anchor was not included. The description does not mention the door anchor, so the product picture is very misleading and should be updated to show what is actually included.

I wanted bands that would work as well as the physical therapy office. I was not disappointed.

They are perfect for my exercises. I have osteopenia and need to build up my bones. This helps!

Even though I eventually stopped using it, this had absolutely nothing to do with the product - it is a very good exercise band, from a very good company ! Recommended . . .
