These can save your hand! Love em. They are not expensive and they are very handy in the kitchen. They saved my several times. Just be sure you have them on tightly.

I didn't use these grippers much at first as I was a little concerned with how lightweight and plastic they seemed. Eventually I tried them out and they do work to lift scorching hot bowls from the microwave oven. However, I am still not 100% confident relying on these to lift a hot bowl out of the oven and transfer it to my counter, so I use these to lift the bowl enough to get a pot holder underneath and carry the bowl over to the counter that way. So, these lift and stabilize the bowl while the other hand under the pot holder supports most of the weight of the hot container. I think these grippers are very useful if you aren't trying to lift and carry heavy glass containers filled with food.The silicone on the one I've been using for several months seems to be deteriorating and is less grippy than it was when new, so I'd suggest keeping an eye on that. For such an inexpensive product, I can't complain too much that it isn't lasting a year.I'd recommend this product but suggest using them in combination with a pot holder to support the weight of the container, and don't expect the silicone pads to last.

I've used them twice .. once removing a bowl from a microwave and once on a stainless bowl used as a double boiler. They worked perfectly both times. I haven't tried anything extremely heavy but I believe that using both they would do the job. I think I have to get some of these for my kids =)

Great idea! It works. Just not very well made. Silicone grip straps that are supposed to grip hot bowls tend to pop out of the slots that are to hold them. Needs design improvement. Great idea though. Are better than burning fingers!

Love this for getting hot dishes out of the microwave or the air fryer. It’s much easier to use than a pot holder.

Great idea, poor execution. Worked ok on my smallest pot, but anything larger and you're going to have boiling water EVERYWHERE! I'm glad I didn't try it on my biggest stock pot, which isn't as big as most. I used it on my medium pot to pour out Mac and cheese and it slipped right off. I had boiling water all over. Returned the next day.

Good for getting hot bowls out of the microwave or Instant Pot.
