Customer service was polite, apologetic, and quick to replace my earrings when they broke. Earrings are exactly as pictured, I would be sure to have the plastic backings as they don’t come with the product.

Really nice earrings the stone is very clear and sparkly. Not too large to look tacky, or to small to look demure. Wires are substantial so I don't have to worry about them breaking half way through the night. Very happy with item.

These earrings are very pretty and sparkly, however they were bigger than I thought. I bought them to replace a pair that had been stolen. I wanted a pair I could dress up or down and that could be every day type earrings. If these were smaller I think they would have been fine for me. I ended up selling them to a friend who loves them so now I can buy a smaller version.
