Pretty Good Bag For The Price
I was a little nervous about getting this bag due to several reviews complaining about the handle. Admittedly it doesn't appear as sturdy as other bags I have had, but it has been through several airports now, and handled by several airline baggage handlers, and it is unscathed. A sturdier handle would also add more weight, which reduces what you can pack. They appear to have made a good tradeoff in the design. It works fine.

Piece of CRAP !!!!!
I used this piece of crap one time and the handle got stuck down in the suitcase and would not pull out. Try carrying 50lbs around an airport when it's suppose to roll care free. Don't waste your money on this crap !!!!!

This item broke the first time used. The handle cracked and bent when used
Not at all satisfied with this product. The first time I tried to use it the handle broke before I even left the house. This item was not worth the money spent.

Difficult to roll
This is a lightweight large suitcase. That said, with it packed, it is most difficult to roll with the fixed wheels. Used once and throw it away.
