Great for frequent bakers!!
I bake all of my own bread, 2-4 large loaves a week, and this is a super-convenient way to keep plenty of yeast on hand. I’ve found it fresh every time. I’ve been happy with all of the Anthony’s brand products I’ve tried, and this is another winner. Recommend!

Dry yeast is much better
I much prefer this dry yeast. No proofing, just mix in with the dough. Much easier.
