PolyFlex️ TPU90, created from Covestro’s Addigy️ family, is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament designed to provide great flexibility without compromising on printing speed. It also has the ability to resist ultra-violet (UV) light or sunlight.

Good Quality
First time use of TPU and I found this to be very easy to print. Using a Prusa MK3 I choose the FIllamentum Flexfill 92A profile and adjusted the temperature to 220 and saved it. I used the default 0.2 layer height settings and adjusted any speeds greater than 50 mm/s down to 50 mm/s (recommended max speed per the guide). Everything printed better than expected on the first print. I did have some stringing when I printed multiple small parts closer to each other that was easily cleaned off. I have not yet taken the time to tweak anything to minimize stringing. Over I am very pleased with the PolyFlex90. For that matter I have been happy with every filament I have used from Polymaker.

Fantastic Flex Filament
I was skeptical that my Ender 3 would be able to print with this filament but it pulled it off no problem with some slicer tweaks. I used PrusaSlicer to generate the g-code for my tires and my tweaks where: 225C print temp, 30mm/s print speed, 3 shells (thicker wall=stiffer part), retraction length: 3mm, Extra Length on Restart: 1mm, ( I turned off Ensure Vertical Shell Thickness, that speed up the prints and reduced the number of retractions improving my results a bunch) And the filament stuck wonderfully to the default textured PEI my printer came with.--CRITICAL YOU MUST CHANGE THE RETRACTION SETTINGS (see image for my settings)--Flexible filaments are prone to stringing it's just how they are, try to print only one object at a timeand clean up stingers with sharp scissorsA note on Bridging with flex filaments: IT SUCKSso if you have to do it use a ton of top shells (8+), decrease the layer height of the top with the slicer's variable layer height feature, this will give you the most chances to fully bridge, and change the bridging flow rate to 0.75.Just remember: Print Hot, Print Slow.

Amazing
Printed nicely and evenly. Great for multiple projects and I love the color!!

Didn’t come vacuum packed… maybe used?
Couldn’t get this to print well- did a temp tower to 260 and it didn’t look good. Will update and try again- but it seemed like a used item, no vacuum pack, only the cardboard box.

Worked great on first attempt.
TPU has a mixed reputation. This material printed flawless using the suggested parameters. Adhesion was almost too strong to remove. Net: excellent first print.
