It is easy to install for replacing old/broken Coins Acceptor.The DC 12 input may be as high as 13.5 - 14.5V, and this is the life shortening issue and prone to power surge damage. One of my coins acceptor was malfunctioning due to this problem.I added two diodes in the 12V input line to reduce the input to 12 - 13V. So far, power outages have not caused any coins acceptor issue.

Super cheap plastic and is more of a novelty item that will accept coins. I would not put this on anything that has to do with unsupervised public use. When it listed washing machine in the description, I was lead to believe it might be of higher quality.

Installed & trained using the "Brybelly 500-Count Cherry Slot Machine Tokens" which measure 1.67mm x 25mm (though they have about +-0.03mm variation in thickness). I trained with 20 coins when I setup and it's working great in my arcade machine.

ordered this for a raspberry pi arcade build and it just doesnt work. it sends a constant pulse to the usb encoder which reads a button push all the time. didnt keep the packaging so cant return what a waste of money and time.

Incomplete product, missing power supply. Could never use as it is missing pieces. Do not buy!
