Good quality vents, paint adhered well and perfect size gable vent for sheds.

Needed a solution for airflow in a 20' ISO shipping container and this is part of the solution. I put two of these on the front doors and then used a 12" roof turbine vent (whirlybird) in the top. So the whirlybird draws the air though these vents and now it's constant airflow. These are a thin material, but that's ok for my application. The mesh on the inside wasn't connected all that great but I used a little caulk around the edges inside and out anyhow. When I caulked the inside I ran it thick as well and that has helped to make the mesh stick. I've got another container at my farm I eventually need to do the same thing with so I'll buy 2x more of these when it's time to do that other one.

I used these galvanized steel vents on an outdoor kitchen and prefer the look to more costly stainless steel alternatives. It's worth mentioning that these protrude from the mounting surface a bit.The key selling point for me is that they have an insect screen included. The only reason I took a star off was because the insect screens aren't sealed on all 4 sides, but this was easily fixed with some adhesive.

Great for venting my vanity

And you can do a whole lot with this component as a stamped metal piece, (paint it any color you like). You can use it as I will on an RV trailer build as both an interior and exterior ventilation part. I can envision its use in automotive and other builds as well.

Needed to add a vent to my shed and this was perfect size. I drilled about 15 holes through the wall for ventilation and then installed this over the holes.

We installed this vent cover on our new cabinet’s toe kick as the vent opens under the cabinet. It was easy to install and the grates are flush on the back, so we didn’t have to cut a big rectangle into the toe kick (just three holes to allow air flow).Does not come with installation screws (we still need to buy white screws).

Ordered two of this 14x4" with 15.75" outer dimension so it would screw into 16" on center studs, but they sent me a 10x6". That's normally a more costly item (extra $2 each) and it provides more overall airflow, so I guess I'll make it work. But would have rather received the correct item.The vent itself is sturdy (as you'd expect for steel). The pest screen is only adhered at the top and bottom (not the sides) but that's an easy fix with a little bit of glue or caulk. The depth of the louvered vents makes me think it may not be great for an area of my shed that's exposed to rain, but good for a high up area partially protected by the eaves of the roof.

When I received my vents I was satisfied with the quality of the steel the vent is made of. But the insect screen on the inside( that is why I ordered them because they had screens.) Were falling of because they used a glue gun to attach the screen at six spots. Only one on each was still attached the screens were hanging off. And a very cheap nylon screen also. But good strong vent. I used some steel screen that I had laying around.
