The medium and fast are really good because they even allow for a little bit of cereal to come through, I have 3 children and I use t cut my own holes and they would be too big or too small and the baby would suck so hard it stretched the hole 🤷🏽♀️ I would recommend the medium and fast flow for babies that have a little cereal 👍🏾
