Zamkol Bluetooth Speaker, 24W Portable Wireless Speaker with IPX6 Waterproof, Built-in Mic, 12H Playtime, Enhanced Bass, Wireless Stereo Pairing

I had a bluethooth speaker, I had the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom. It produced good sound for its size and was waterproof - which is what I wanted for holidays, the beach and paddleboarding. However, it was an odd shape, it was very fat and short which made it awkward to store. For example, it wouldn't fit in a car glove box nor a cup holder. It wouldn't store under the bungees on my paddleboard. But otherwise, it was ok. Then my 18yo son bought a JBL Flip 4 which was a cylindrical speaker and a much better shape. It fitted in a cup holder and glove blox and looked like it was an all round easier to live with speaker. So I decided I'd get one too.I looked around at bluetooth speakers, intending to get the JBL Flip 4 or a similar Ultimate Ears one if they made one, and as I was looking, I came across this which looked almost identical to the Flip 4 but much cheaper. I thought I'd give it a go because with Prime delivery and Amazons excellent returns policy, I'd have no problem if it was rubbish. It wasn't, it was excellent!When it arrived, the first thing I did was to hand it over to my teenage son and said "do me a favour, compare this to your Flip 4 and let me know what you think". Whilst I was working at home I could hear the speakers being tested rather loudly in the other room and eventually after a couple of ours he came back and said "It's better than mine. It's just as good sound, but it's louder. It might even have more bass!". Well that made me happy!Anyway, I then proceeded to test it myself on my Pixel 4a phone against my Ultimate Ears Wonderboom and again I found it to be louder and in this case definately better sound quality. The UE Wonderboom sounded good, but sounds muffled when compared to the Zamkol - the clarity of the Zamkol seems much better to my middle-aged ears!So in summary, I was amazed with it. For less than half the price of either the JBL or the UE, you get a speaker that is going to be at least as good, but in our tests we reckon better. It is certainly louder and unlike the JBL, doesn't distort on full volume which is nice. It is an ideal shape. It can stand up without falling over and it can lie down without rolling. It's waterproof too, so it's great for taking to the beach or taking out on a paddleboard or kayak etc.As you can tell, I'm very pleased with this speaker. It's got to be my best buy in a while...

Don't often leave reviews but this deserve one!! I'm not an expert but I know what sounds good and sounds bad and this speaker is amazing. It's very surprising how much technology has evolved and the kind of tech your can buy for not a lot of money. I remember buying aJBL flip years ago and paying a lot lot more. This is very well built the feel in the hand is nice and it packs a punch much higher than it should given it's asking price. They will never replicate a hi fi but there not for that. This gives more than enough dynamic range and volume to enjoy outdoors. The only tell tale sign of it's price is the short Bluetooth distance. The battery lasts forever as well. You honestly don't need to spend more unless your a brand snob!! Credit to it's market a great speaker at a great price.

We was looking for a speaker that we could pair with our phone or Alexa's to use in the garden and this was perfect. The sound is ok but I'm sure a few will disagree with that. If you are looking for a speaker to use as an extra or something you can take round the house with you then is perfect but don't expect it to be all singing and dancing.

I brought this as I normally have my music paired with my Alexa speaker or google mini speaker. It seems every time I go and play my music, my kids have unplugged it, moved it or not plugged it in again even though they have their own portable one. Anyway, the sound is quite loud and the bass is really good for a small speaker. It was easy to pair as my iPhone found it straight away and out came the tunes. Currently have it standing up but it can lay down as there is a flatter side for that. Nice sleek design and I’m ready to buy another 1 to pair them up. Well worth the money

That would give some incredibly portable music power! And they have a 10m range too, giving you plenty of coverage area.This is a real good all round portable solution for music lovers!I highly recommend this product!

I bought this to use when we took showers or went to the beach to chill out, I was not expecting this thing to have the power and sound quality that it does. This thing is incredible. It has Punchy, but not overpowering bass, the mids and highs are clear, and the overall sound is actually really good. I am convinced that it is witchcraft, as the sound that this thing develops is almost too good for its size.My only real complaint about this is that it does not use USB Type C for fast charging, if it was exactly the same, but had the USB Type C connector on it, it would literally be perfect.Congratulations Zamkol, I am not often left floored by the quality of a product, but initial thoughts on this are "WOW!"I hope it continues to impress over the months and years ahead.

This is just such a useful item and easy to use. Easy to charge and had the invaluable aux input too. Lightweight and made with durable material. A great price for a great product

It plays for awhile then after 10 minutes or so it conks out.
