Great: Overall a great purchase, especially for the price! Design with the high back fits our tall family members, cushions are thick and comfortable, furniture feels sturdy and not cheap.The good: The ottomans come with sticking velcro pads to keep the cushions from sliding. Our furniture sits in direct sun so these unfortunately melted immediately and I had to come up with another way to secure the cushions. The seat cushions for the chairs and sofa don't come with the pads but need a way to be secured as well or they will slide as you move around.A previous review mentioned the brace supporting the sofa seat cushions giving out in the middle. It appears that maybe since then the brace has been reinforced. The sagging middle seat in the sofa hasn't been an issue for us yet but I will update this if it does.The not-so-great: Putting the furniture together SUCKED. It took some serious effort to get the pieces to align, especially with the chairs (and that was with not tightening everything until the very end). The bolts provided are also quite soft and we stripped many of them as we tightened. If this furniture lasts a few years and they start to discolor it might be worth replacing them with stronger bolts.Overall: Definitely worth the purchase and effort for the few weeks we've had it. It's worth noting that I put a healthy coat of Scotch Guard on all of the cushions and we use furniture covers regularly to protect it from the elements but I will try to remember to update this in a year or so to reflect on durability.

I was skeptical about this patio furniture. It seemed too good of a price to be decent quality but, I gave it a shot. The cons: labor intensive to put together for 1 person. You really need 2 people. Instructions are a bit lacking. **** If you tighten before getting all pieces put together, the holes wont align. **** Some of the rattan scratched from me flipping pieces over on the concrete patio trying to assemble it by myself. Easy fix with marker. Better fix lay down blanket first and get a2nd person to help. Some of the rattan is not secured. Easy fix with epoxy. Seat cushions are a little thin but, not uncomfortable.Pros: Packaged well. Arrived quickly. It is really pretty and looks like quality furniture once its assembled. It seems sturdy. Cushions are comfortable. Fabric seems to be very good quality. Seats are not too low as I noticed with some other brands I was looking at. Two 6 ft, 250+ lb men seat comfortably in it (not too low) and supports their weight.I have had furniture put together for a couple of weeks and use it daily during the Summer. Furniture is kept under a Pergola so I am expecting to get 4-5 seasons out of it at least. It is a bit early yet but, so far over all I am well pleased and would purchase again.

Just finished putting this set together, which was relatively easy, only had help with sofa. Looks great, comfortable and seems very sturdy.

My husband put the set together with no problem. Seems sturdy and the cushions give enough support to be comfortable. We have not put the set in the patio yet as it is winter now. I think as long as we store it properly when not in use it will last a few years. Happy with purchase.

Good product for the price. Easier to install with two people. Looks nice and comfortable. Recommend you have a hex head screwdriver. Would be extremely hard to install with the simple hex head 90 degree wrench provided.

Bought this outdoor furniture set to replace an old set we had by our pool. Thr furniture set arrived and was easy to assemble. Only asse.bly advice I would give is the thread all bolts before you start tightening them, as the holes won't line up after you tighten the first couple bolts. About 6 months into ownership we noticed the wicker on the footstool was getting brittle and crumbling. The seller sent us two replacement tops for those after a little back and forth. A month later, the chairs started doing the same. We are still within the first year of ownership and basically all of the horizontal wicker is brittle, cracked, or has fallen off. I know this is not the most expensive outdoor furniture but I'm disappointed it didn't last at least a year outdoors.

Wife and I really like this set. Added a few pillows and it is very comfortable. We had an issue with two of the seat pads not expanding so contacted the manufacturer, sent pictures and they immediately sent out replacements. Excellent Customer Service. It fits perfect in our garden room. Very pleased.
