Struggled with the lid, re-ordered thinking it was just that particular product, even the re-order had an issue often the machine would not keep humidity because the lid does not stay closed. Put in 23 eggs have 11 hatched. I would not recommend this product. I plan on returning.

Keep in styrofoam box set to insert temp and you’ll be fine!

I have had this incubator a couple of years. I only use it once a year. I have never been able to reset the days. I always have to put it on a calander. Also, the water leaks out of the bottom sometimes.

The temperature setting does not work to lower the temp for lock down. I had 13 birds in lockdown that were alive and rolling. The incubator cooked them to death. And there is no air flow. I had a couple babies pip with beaks out and die. There are no air holes

I bought two of these and on one, the LED Screen quit working 3/4 on day 16 of the incubation. I didn’t have another incubator to put them in and lost all 24 eggs.

Bad reviews are mis leading. I was able to get a 100% hatch rate my first go.1.Keep the Styrofoam housing.2.Set temp to 37.7 for first 18 days the 36.2 when taken off egg turner(Bottom is hotter than top)3.Have a hatch box ready to remove chicks immediately after hatched.4.While on bottom move eggs to the right of incubator ,so they aren't too close to heat fan.Pretty easy ,just have to be pro active,and this can be an excellent incubator.I got it for $43.00 ,so an absolute steal at that price.

This said it can incubate eggs as big as duck! NO WAY! Only small Bantam eggs. the lid would smash anything bigger. I returned it!

Lid doesn't stay and it cooked the eggs. Temp was unreliable. DO NOT GET
