Just an insert no knee wrap included
The photo makes the product deceiving.I presumed since it is in the category with other knee wraps w ice insert packs AND the photos through out have BOTH the knee wrap AND ice pack insert that the purchased product would have both. I only received ice pack….what am I going to do with this?!?!

Comes out almost like ice cubes
Too stiff when frozen. Comes out almost like ice cubes. Size is ok if it was playable when cold. Too much weight on a knee post TKR (total knee replacement)

Suggestion to modify.
This product is very well-made and is easy to use. I think it would be more versatile if you had Velcro closures on both sides of the product. My husband had knee replacement surgery and his pain goes from above the knee to halfway down the calf, so we need to place the ice pack lengthwise to cover the whole area. It would be nice if they were Velcro closures to work in that direction as well.
