This just arrived and I'm using it for the first time. So far, this is great. Easy to put on and adjust, has a handy snap button to connect the shoulder wraps, and has an intuitive control. Love the color choices, too. I'm using this after laparoscopic surgery to help clear the remaining gas and I think this will be very helpful. It's certainly comfortable and soothing!

Have had 2 of these for weeks, so far love them. Bought 1 for my husband, and myself. Matches my decor so I leave them on our lazy boy chairs. Heat is amazing, they are very flexible. Great value for the money. Soft and nice that you can tie them. Easy to use in car. My dog loves the warmth as well. The auto shut off works perfect.

Got this for myself, it worked beautifully for 2 days. But it no longer turns on at all now, after only 2 days of use.

These are great for neck, back and shoulder pain. The pad covers the entire area at once and even has a snap in the front to hold it in place. The temp control and timer finish off this great product. I use it at night time and am so comfortable that I will even fall asleep wearing it. The auto shut off will keep you from sleeping with the heat on all night which is a big no-no. We bought a second for my husband.

This thing is pretty great. It gets as warm as you could want it to, very quickly. It’s very soft, too. I also turn it around and use it on my tummy when I have cramps. There’s lots of settings that are easy to control for time and temperature to get the exact therapy you want.

I just had surgery on my neck and the pain radiating down my back and shoulders is not at all enjoyable. Trying to sleep was a nightmare. This heading pad saved my life (well, at least my sleep). It wraps around the neck, shoulders, and back. That means it gets all the areas that I needed it to. Best heating bad I have ever purchased.It has three timing settings, with the highest being 90 minutes before it auto shuts off. My only complaint would be that. I kept having to wake up to turn it back on!

I wish it was hotter (when I am in this much pain, I want to be ROASTED). That is the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. It is still quite warm.It is very comfortably shaped. There are sandbag-like weights in the front of the shoulders, which are so light they don't cause any discomfort but they do make the pad stay where it needs to be. The front clasp is well positioned to keep the heating elements where they need to be without choking me. The cloth is very soft. The heating is steady and is applied to all the right areas (no cold or hot spots). The cord is nice and long. This is a very well designed item.
