This cleaner works just as described. I have a larger one and this one only makes 20% of the noise of that one which makes me very happy.

CREWORKS Ultrasonic Cleaner with Heater and Timer, 0.85 gal. Stainless Steel 120W Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine Model 2X-020. Purchased December 31, 2023. My first Ultrasonic Cleaner so I cannot attest to it being better or worse than any other. It is noisy, I notice that about have the noise can be eliminated by placing some rubber feet under the lid to stop it from rattling around due to vibration. I have used the machine for two days now and will say it works, but not as good as I had envisioned. I had expected a miracle I suppose, water cavitation bubbles knocking hard grime, tarnish and stuck on dirt off tools, jewelry, and coins. Opening the lid and boom its clean. What I have instead is a vibrating stainless steal bucket the heats its own water. When I say heat, I mean its burning hot, the user’s manual states for Extensive Cleaning: for removal of tarnish, fuel, hard carbon deposits, rust, etc., presoak the objects in the tank with a detergent/solvent combination at the highest end of its temperature range. Use a full 30-minute cleaning cycle after presoaking. Check, I did as instructed, using hot tap water to started out, I cranked up the dial to the maximum which reads 170F. I placed the lid on came back 30-minutes later and the water was boiling inside the tank. We all know that water boils 212F, which leads me to believe the heating element does not have any kind of thermostat. That seems a potential problem if you were to leave it on and forget about it. Now how well it cleans is subjective. After having used it, I would say it helps you clean, I feel it loosens the dirt and grime but you’re still going to have to scrub it clean. In short, I would say it does clean, but you will most likely get the same results in soaking your items in a bucket of hot water and detergent then using a brush to knock of the dirt. Which you’re going to have to do with this machine anyways. I will give it four stars because it does heat up the water and rattle your parts around.

You may be assured that I do not enjoy writing a negative review. I'm doing this because I feel this product is unsafe.First the positives: Packaging, appearance, and noise levels are fine. The ultrasonic cleaning aspect does a very decent job.Now the bad: The Heater. The variable setting heater control does not have any form of temperature sensing / regulation / control. The temperature control knob is simply an on-off switch. In fact, when the cleaner timer runs to zero the heater stays on!! At first, I thought there was a problem with my temperature sensor because when I set the controller to a low setting, after a short while the water in the tank was very, very hot. Sure enough, the instruction sheet confirms there is no temperature sensing. Here's the quote: "Be aware that this unit DOES NOT automatically deactivate its heating once the target temperature is reached. ALWAYS turn of the heating unit manually when cleaning sensitive objects." Capital letters shown are the manufacturer's emphasis, not mine. Yikes!! I read a review from a gentleman who destroyed an expensive set of dentures due to this misleading and unsafe design. Clearly, the product does not operate as one would reasonably assume it does. I intend to make Amazon aware of this safety issue.Oh, and lastly, the instruction manual shows the tank capacity is "3.2 Liters". I measured it. With the basket in place (and nothing in the basket) it holds exactly 2 liters of water (measured to the bottom edge of the basket's top frame). This is about the level you would reasonably fill the tank to. That's a 38% discrepancy.I hope this review helps. I did return the unit and received a full refund.

The cleaner worked great for me for the first 4 months. Then it stopped turning on. The company gave me back my money and I purchased a new one.

The device sits on the bench out of the way and the handle just up and broke as I went to empty it. It does great cleaning items, but now to fix the handle I would have to tear it apart. Hopefully it operates longer than the handle lasted.Updated: Customer service got a hold of me and they offered to replace the device. The device itself works wonderful, the handles did break but didn't affect it's operation. Customer service reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement. They were friendly and very helpful.

The basket could be a little more robust but for the price it's a 5-start so long as it lasts a little while. 30L is a lot to fill. What I do most of the time is fill it with hot water from the tap then place whatever I am cleaning in a separate container with the cleaning solution. Sometimes I use a large mason jar with the lid on and set it in the hot water, other times I've used a plastic storage container to house the solution and parts I'm cleaning and set that in the hot water so it floats. Rarely do I use cleaning solution directly in the cleaning tub--easier to clean, not as expensive to run. Takes a 4-barrel carb with significant room to spare.

PRO: Cleans well, had a battery tie down with some corrosion, but it in there for maybe 10 minutes, not even at full hot temperature and it came out super clean. Very happy with how it works. Also, purchased because it has simple dials instead of buttons.CON: Very loud, but not sure if it is any louder then any other ultra sonic cleanerEDIT: Was going to be looking at warrantee information and then saw another review stating there is no real temperature control. So while the unit does work great, just don't forget to turn the temperature off when not using. It is deceptive as it does state there is temperature range (which would imply control) in the basic description on amazon.

La tina funciona muy bien, solo no le doy 5 estrellas por que en las instrucciones dice “la parrilla ni otro objeto no debe tocar el fondo de la tina” y en otro dice “la tina debe de estar tapada mientras está funcionando” pero la tina no se puede cerrar por qué la parrilla que trae para que no toque el fondo debe de colgarse de los bordes lo que hace que la tina no cierre bien, tengo dudas con eso pero no quita que hace muy bien su trabajo.

Llego antes de lo previsto tal cual lo ofrecían funciona súper bien yo lo utilizo con jabón enzimático y elimina todas las partículas del instrumental fue muy buena compra por el costo
