Love this sriracha
I absolutely love this sriracha sauce by Hoy Fong. I enjoy the sriracha sauce on my omelettes in the morning, and also add it to various other meals that I cook including topping off hamburger casseroles and such. For the life of me though, I cannot understand why they're not able to find quality chilies and start making this again.

My father loves this & litetally puts it on everything (even in soup)!! I've had trouble finding it in the stores lately, so I'm glad it's available online. He eats so much of this stuff, I should buy stock in Huy Fong!

I put sriracha on my sriracha :)
- that's what the package says, and I almost agree. My daughter thinks that way, when she watches me use this sauce :)I like that the bottle is small, so it doesn't take much space, can be taken to camping trips, etc. You can't use much of the sauce in one shot anyway - else you'll burn! :D

REAL SRIRACHA
My Hubby loves this stuff. I usually have an extra bottle of all of the condiments we use so I do not run out when it is needed. Unbeknownst to me Sriracha is not being made as readily as it once was because of a chili shortage. we ran out of sriracha. I went to all of my local stores (cub, Jerry's, Kawolskis, HyVee, Target, Walmart, Aldis) looking for this and was unable to get it. We ran out! I finally bought a substitute after we had been put of sriracha for over a month. Oh dear!! He immediately let me know the imitation was not even close to the real thing. After finding out about the Chile shortage I decided the only place I would be able to find it is online. Thank Goodness it was relatively reasonably priced. So I bought this 3 pack and hubby is a happy camper again. I am thinking I am going to buy more
