My daughter use wood therapy so I decided to try it for myself. I'm happy I did. The manual helped me understand the lymphatic system and showed me how to massage in the direction of my lymphatic system. The tool is great for stimulating flow in my abdomen and side flanks. I love this tool for my self massages. It’s a great tool definitely a good staple to have to massage your body. It helps to loosen any fat that you may have in your body and afraid to use after you work out. I believe you should apply some sort of massage oil so that when you use the brush on your body, there will b be no friction.

Feels good when running it up my legs. Not sure I’m seeing a real difference in discoloration or swelling. Will keep up the ritual & update this review if necessary. Great durability. Solid wooden piece. My cat tried to destroy it but could not leave even a small dent.

Strong, exactly like picture. Used it to massage part of my neck and shoulder, even my foot with oil obviously. Every angle of this tool can be used depending on area you are massaging. Definitely recommend!!
