Exceptionally delicious
I’m trying to eat more protein (and less starch), plus I’m also eating more salmon and fish rather than meat, eggs and cheese. This product is not only delicious but also very satisfying taste-wise and texture-wise as well as filling. It looks like a small amount of food, but the combination of fish and beans gives it a very high protein content, which is the reason why it is filling. The tuna, corn and beans might be boring on their own but the red peppers and spices perk up this little meal very nicely. I eat one a day! And yes, they are a bit pricey, but definitely worth the cost. I highly recommend this product.

Delicious and simple meal
The taste of this combination is great. It’s actually a pretty substantial meal with lots of protein and vegetables. It’s easy to carry and open. No can opener needed and recyclable. It’s a lifesaver when I need a fast option, which is most days. I don’t really ever get organized enough to meal prep and this is a healthy meal also.

It has a Kick
I had one for lunch yesterday, good flavor, but the spice builds-up and by the end of my meal my mouth was burning. I suggest having this over some other veggies or lettuce. With a slice of bread, a good light lunch.

Delicious Tuna Ready-2-Eat Meal
I am a big fan, the quality is apparent from the moment you hold the package in your hand. Once you open the can, it is obvious that care was taken to make this food healthy and delicious, and also look good in terms of presentation. I purchase the one with beans in it also, as I am sure it will be fantastic just like the pasta salad version!

good but could be better
first impressions - tasty, but there wasn’t much tuna. only two quarter size x 1/2” tall pieces which explains the protein content being what it is. it was mostly pasta. i was glad it did not have to much oil though seems like it should be cheaper, but if you believe it is high quality tuna it might be worth it. the tin also seems to be higher quality than most though the foil lid seems a bit concerning

Surprisingly, filling!
I've eaten this right from the can, out of the bowl with chopped zucchini, added, and, on the recommendation of someone else who gave a review here, used it straight from the can with pepper, jack cheese, added, and made an extremely tasty quesadilla. This is excellent for lunch, or even a light supper. It is surprisingly filling and very good! I know it's a little pricey, but what you were getting is quality ingredients high in protein and relatively low in calories. I've had the red been salad, which is what I used for the quesadilla, the pasta tuna salad, and the tuna salad with quinoa. All are very good. They're also good to have on hand for times when you can't get to the store or are you simply don't feel like cooking. I generally buy a four pack of each variety and keep them in my cupboard. Highly recommended!

Delicious and high in protein!
I recently tried the tuna and red bean salad and now I crave it. I keep them in my locker at work, and in my cupboards at home.I eat it straight out of the can, with crackers, or I’ll add a can to a tortilla with some cheese and fry up a yummy quesadilla!

Delicious but too expensive
We love the tuna with beans but at $8.99 a can, not worth it
