Love this bag BUT the straps/latch hooks easily comes undone without pinching it to open. When I go to pick it up I notice the strap is not connected to the purse. I've had it only for a few days and its happened several times. It's a bit annoying really but I love the purse. Other than that I'm very pleased with the bag and how it was wrapped with care for shipping.
