Sturdy, Easy to Use
This was really helpful for my gram who takes quite a bit of pills throughout the day. It’s colorful and distinctly marked so she knows exactly when to take which ones. The lids snap shut and are secure, while still being easy to open on arthritic fingers. I think this is a sturdy, functional pill organizer.

Finally! A pill container that holds a lot!!
Unfortunately, I take a LOT of prescription medications; 24, plus magnesium. I have bought and tossed out three other medication dispensers that either broke quickly or were just too small. These actually hold all my meds, and still have room in each of the four individual areas. The 7 day holders are easy to remove yet actually stay in the tray. The day holder is small enough (and tough enough) that I can take it to work and keep it in my bag with my pens, keys and radio. I wish I had seen this container sooner. I wasted a lot of time, money and frustration on inferior containers that cost up to FOUR times the cost of this excellent product.

Great Product
We purchased this for my mother-in-law, to organize her daily meds and supplements. The ones in the stores here locally were much too small, or the ability to open the compartments was difficult. This product truly does have extra large compartments and opens fairly easily. The removable aspect of each 'day' makes it easy for her, and not having to cram her larger supplements like calcium and fish oil capsules is a big benefit.

Convenient case; not sure about longevity
This case is basically identical to the one I had prior to it except for the fact that it's colored, so that's why I purchased it; I still needed a roomy case with 4 segments per day and I really liked my old one.The locking aspect is fine: the compartments feel like they close securely. Even if your hand strength isn't great I don't think you'll struggle too much to open them though. (Just don't try to open the compartments individually while the whole set is still in the tray--that makes it much more difficult. I'd remove each day's case from the tray before filling it.)My only gripe, and the reason for a 4-star review, is that I feel like whatever they added to the plastic to dye it has weakened it. This assessment is based on the fact that, as I said, my prior case was exactly the same in every regard except the dye, and the hinges of the lids on this set feel weaker than the ones on my first one did (and the plastic more brittle in general, to be honest). I don't expect this set to last me nearly as long. (I used the last case almost daily for about 4 years before it began breaking).I don't personally find it difficult to get my pills out of the different compartments, but will say that if you take fish oil and plan on using this set to remind yourself to take yours, you should keep it in a cool spot so the fish oil won't stick to the inside/your other pills.Pros:-Latches securely, but not difficult to open-You can set up a week of your meds/supplements at one time-It isn't difficult to fish your pills out (the bottom of each day's case isn't square; if you flipped the case and set it down on its lid you'd see that the bottom curves in sort of an r shape on one side, making it easy to scoop with your finger. Personally I just open the lid and upend the whole thing into my mouth but I wouldn't do that if you're at risk of choking.)-Roomy compartments (the supplements I take are large and numerous--real "horse pills"--and they all fit fine)-4 compartments allows you to space out what you're taking throughout the day so you don't feel like you're swallowing 10 or so pills all in one go, depending on how many you're taking-If you have pills you specifically need to take with food, and ones you need to take without, it's easy enough to use the last compartment (labeled "bed") to keep the without-food ones separate from your 3 daily meals-The tray should fit fine in a spare kitchen drawer (does for me) and keeps all your stuff neatly in one place-The different colors are handy if you're a visual person and you remember things better that way-Easy-to-read labels on each compartment-Having different compartments makes it easy to see "the end" coming, meaning that if you get to Saturday morning and can already see that your tray will need to be refilled as of that evening, you have time to reset the whole tray. This also enables you to set it up at the same time each week; knowing this, you can choose the day and time that work best for you. For instance, if it will be most convenient for you to sit down and do it every Wednesday at midday, you can sit down Wednesday during lunch, take the pills you'd normally have at that time, and then leave Wednesday's "NOON" compartment empty so that you have to refill when you get back to that point the following week.Cons:-Hinges feel a little flimsy, and once those start to give out the whole set will be useless-The plastic of the cases (not the tray) feels brittle overall; not sure what the longevity will be-Won't keep moisture out, so if your vitamins are the type that will develop dark spots if they are exposed to humidity you can expect that to occur with this set if you leave your pills in it longer than you should (like if you skip your multivitamin one day and leave it there til the following week). To be fair this is probably true of any similar pill holder. I've never had one where that wasn't the case.I'm not sure why I spent so much time on this review, but I hope someone finds it helpful! Haha!If this case breaks for me before very long goes by, I'll try to remember to come back here and update my review. I suppose if you haven't seen me update after July of 2020 then you can assume I'm still using it fine.

Do not buy
I purchased this item and the wording started fading out the 2nd month. This is ridiculous, what benefit is it if you can’t read what days you need to take your meds. I feel it needs to be replaced without charge. I am sure I am not the only one having this problem.

Sturdy, secure and jumbo size fits many pills
I bought for my mom who takes many pills 4x/day. It replaced the free ones home health care gives her. They were constantly breaking. My dad fills the container weekly. It is much sturdier and I feel better that they are not going to accidentally spill all the pills out. You can also remove day by day If you need to leave the house. Also happy to support a small business!

Big improvement over my old 7-day pillbox
Pros: Large compartments. Each day removes from the holder, so you don't have to turn the entire thing upside down to empty one compartment. It's much easier to carry one day's worth to work instead of the entire box. Soft, gel type pills don't stick to this box like they did to my old, slick plastic one.Cons: None so far!

I like this!
I really like the color coding on this one and the fact that you can pull out the individual days. Also their is more space in this one than a previous version of this product that I had before. I really like this one.
