Purchased this Seville classics bamboo premium wood cutting board serving tray with 7 color coded mats to use daily at the house. It is used every day to cut up something at the house. This is the second one I have purchased and I really like it. It was a good value for the price. It is made durable and sturdy.I really liked the color coded mats because you were able to know which are for what items. One shows fish, chicken, fruit, vegtables, etc. and I try to use them correctly to not cross contaminate foods. All of the mats can be put away in the tray which makes it for easy storage, and to clean up the counters.

I've been using this cutting board for just under a year, ordered it in March 2016, and not one thing to complain about. I would say I use this most, if not every, day of the week. We have put this thing to the test! We've cut a ton of vegetables and our green mat has taken a beating, but again, nothing to complain about.Pros:it helps keep our food separate while preppingEasy clean up ( we hand wash every element, never been in a dishwasher)Extremely sturdyCons:NoneI've read some reviews of people having cracked board and cracked sheets, but my only thought to that is potential excessive heat on the mats or excessive moisture left on the board for a long period of time...or really just a faulty board, which is terrible in anyway. We make sure to wipe the board down so no moisture sits on it for long periods of time. No heavy cleaners have ever touched it, simple sponge with a little soap, but dry right away. keep away from hot spots and continual moisture in the kitchen.And for the company to charge for the shipping, why not take your customer service to the next level and split the shipping of the new one with the customer? Now if you (Seville Classics) are getting an unusual amount of calls regarding cracked boards, than maybe take a look at the production? If it's just a few (and by few would depend on sales and overall distribution) I would suggest keeping your customers happy.Just my two cents.

I never thought I could have strong feelings about something as basic & utilitarian as a cutting board, but holy cow--this cutting board. This cutting board is the best. It shocks me when I cook in other people's kitchens and they have a pile of random assorted cutting boards instead of this one awesome product. I originally purchased two or so years ago because I was moving into a micro-studio apartment and needed to save cabinet/counter space wherever I could; I have since moved into a bigger place with substantially more storage space in the kitchen--I could stow away a dozen cutting boards if I was so inclined--but I still haven't bought another cutting board since. The bamboo board looks great on its own (I actually keep it out on the counter at all times) and is very durable, but the mats are what I really love. I've read other reviews complaining that they get damaged over time, but...hello? Isn't that the purpose of them? You're cutting stuff up on them with sharp knives. I cook very frequently and as a result yeah, the mats have some marks on them, but once you're all done and you slide the mats back into the board, does it really matter? I'm also a bit obsessive about cross-contamination, so being able to just toss the mat I used for chicken in the dishwasher and sub in a fresh-n-clean one for veggies is supreme.Bottom line: Get this cutting board. It will change your kitchen experience and probably improve your quality of life overall tbh.

Like helpful poster Andrew Richardson has noted, the concept of this cutting board is great, but doesn't always hold up. It was such a desirable concept that someone initially stole this package from my doorstep, but that is unrelated. I've had this baby for about a year now, and I noticed that the mats I use the most have basically turned into sandpaper because there are so many intersecting nicks and scrapes from my knife. If you plan to use this cutting board after you buy it, you may want to alternate mats, especially for meats. But I have looked up replacements and they're reasonably priced and easy to obtain, so I didn't really drop too many stars for that. Thin plastic mats subjected to sharp knives will inevitably wear out. Expect to replace the mats after heavy use.My biggest annoyance is that my board is rickety. The little feet at the bottom are not properly aligned or a bit uneven so this huge heavy board rocks. This may not be true for all of them though. I could've just gotten a lemon. But if you are a master chef and cut really fast (unlike me), you should get it replaced. There is also a small annoyance that sometimes the outer edges of the board get dirty and when I want to rinse the board, all of the mats slide out. One talented poster said the board itself never gets dirty. Maybe this person is really great, but my tomato juices run to the sides and sneak under the mat.

Love this idea, the cutting boards work great and are dishwasher safe. I like knowing that if I ever did have one wear down or need replacing, that I can just order more without replacing the whole thing.

Just lovely this bamboo chopping board with separate 6 pieces that are for poultry meat veg bread cheese etc all different colours and a emblem on each corner to denote what it's for .I love it so much I bought my son one

El producto viene tal como se muestra en las fotos. Los mats no calzan a la perfección como dicen otros usuarios, pero eso no es ningún problema, funciona perfectamente. Lo único que le veo es que si pones alimentos calientes los mats se empiezan a deformar un poco y se forma como un cuenco. Hasta ahorita he visto que regresan a la normalidad. El costo es un poco caro, pero creo que vale la pena. Me gustaría que vendieran los repuestos de los mats, porque es evidente que se van a ocupar
