The media could not be loaded. For the past month, I've been using this conference speaker at my home office for zoom meetings and it has been excellent. The speaker sounds great, the microphone picks up my voice perfectly, it has a mute button as well as volume up/down, and most importantly it's easy to use. Basically, everything you need in a conference speaker is featured. It was immediately recognized when I plugged it into my computer, and I was up and running within 10 secs. There are nice and soft foam pads on the bottom, and 2 USB passthrough ports. Speakers are clear and has the perfect range of softness or loudness. There are three LEDs, one on each leg, and it lights up green or red depending if it's muted. The USB cable is quite long, but it also has a cable management slot on the bottom that you can wrap the wire around.A very well built conference speaker and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Very good product works seamlessly with my Mac and Zoom.

I bought this for conference calls that had about 15+ people that would stand in all parts of the room. This speaker picks up EVERYTHING. You could hear everyone’s voice clear as day (as long as they speak clearly & loudly). The speaker is also very loud so we’re not struggling to communicate back & forth. Definitely a great purchase.

The speaker and mic provide great audio levels. Wish the USB cable was a little longer.

Used this at a big stakeholder meeting so in-person and virtual attendees could effortlessly communicate. It was wonderful! Good sound, easy set up and tear down, and helped virtual attendees hear well. Have it within a reasonable range for good sound. Overall great and would recommend.

We have a large conference room 25' x 25' (roughly) that our department is too cheap to put in a real system with ceiling microphone and speakers. I found this and for $100, I didn't expect much; however, it worked really well in our room. We didn't even place the unit in the middle of the room and most people could be heard perfectly fine. People in the back may need to speak up, but most people in the back weren't there to contribute to our hybrid meetings.In the last month, the microphone suddenly stops working during Zoom and Teams calls. In Zoom, the mic is clearly not muted via Zoom controls nor is it muted on the unit itself (lights are green). In fact, in the Zoom Participant panel you can see the mic is flagged as unmuted. The speakerphone is plugged directly in a USB port on the laptop (so it's not a hub problem).Typically unplugging it and re-plugging it get everything to work again; however, it may cut out again in 10 minutes or in 2 hours. The unreliability at this point makes this completely unusable. While I'd like to get another as a replacement, I think I'll have to consider a different manufacturer. It's a shame, because when it worked, it was flawless.
