I bought this faucet to replace my old one as I refinished the counter and sink to an older bathroom. The material is very sturdy and I’ve had it for about a year now and it doesn’t seem to calcify or rest from the water. I love the look of the finish! Great buy.

The bathroom faucet this replaced was in dire need of repair and/or upgrade. Once I was able to get the old faucet removed, this one installed relatively quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and the components shipped more or less preassembled, so it was just a matter of removing the nuts and washers, inserting the fixture into the sink, putting them back on and connecting the hoses. The pop-up drain installed quickly as well. No leaks. Nice-looking finish. I did notice a decrease in flow from the previous faucet, but I attributed that to the thinner hoses, and I'm okay with it assuming it conserves water. My only criticism of the physical design is that the neck of the faucet feels lighter than it looks and will noticeably move up when I turn the water on and move down when I turn it off, like it is slightly loose. I'm curious if it can be tightened up, but not enough to disassemble it right after installing it. I can't say I have high hopes for the lifespan, but for the meantime, it's just fine.

This is a beautiful replacement faucet for my bathroom, it matches my decor and works beautifully.It was easy to install, and the movement of the faucets are effortless.

The material is described as stainless steel with brushed nickel finish, but the base is plastic. I purposely avoided buying other similar faucets that said they were plastic but they might be just as good as this one for less money. After about two weeks the metal appears to be tarnishing and the plastic is showing spots even though water is wiped off after use, and the drain and ring around the drain have weird lines that don't look like tarnish or mineral deposits so it appears to be a defect in the finish that is showing deterioration already. I wish it weren't so much hassle to remove and return.Also, the lift rod for the drain stopper just goes through a large hole in the faucet base, and there's no sleeve or anything to guide it, so it flops around significantly--very cheap and goofy to use, if we used the stopper a lot I would return this but didn't want to bother changing the faucet again. Also, I spent a lot of time trying to adjust the drain stopper and ball rod but found it impossible to install it property and have it lift high enough for water to drain quickly so I had to take it out and put the ball rod back into the drain pipe then drop the stopper down on top of it--that works OK but not as it should.The red and blue dots to mark the hot & cold handles are little pieces of rubber that go into holes and both fell out--almost lost one of them but later found it in another room where I opened the box so it must have fallen out during shipping.

I bought two of these and installed them alongside a name brand product. Surprisingly, these were easier to install and felt just as sturdy. They've been working flawlessly with no leaks, and they look great too. Highly impressed!The price was way cheaper than the name brand.

I have had a good experience with this faucet . the quality of the product is great . easy to install . Someone noted that they had low flow issues. this is not a high flow faucet . not like the kitchen sink . it has a moderate flow that does not cause splashing. I would say this is an economical facet in terms of water usage . the handles rotate 90 degrees but in actuality after 45 you get the maximum flow of water. The nozzle swivels nicely and the drain works well with the provided stopper . The drain plug is easily removed by pulling straight up. which makes for easy cleaning. very happy with the purchase now will have to see how it performs over the long haul .

It’s so pretty! I had someone install it for me a couple of weeks ago and wanted to use it for a bit before reviewing to see how it holds up. I watched them install it and it seemed like a relatively easy and quick installation! Aside from the inner drain tube needing a quick cut to shorten it because it was too long for my curved pipe underneath the sink. Package arrived in perfect condition in a safely packed box. There is however a small smudge faded spot on the left side of the faucet neck but it’s not noticeable so I don’t think it’ll bother me. The quality seems good for the price. It’s a little fragile feeling but I think maybe that’s to be expected with swan neck faucets! One downside is that the colour is a little more yellow than I like so if you don’t like yellow gold you may want to stick with the silver options. But the gold is very unique and does give the bathroom a more upscale look and feel. Silver is nice but generic so I do like the gold! So far I’m happy with it and can recommend :)! I’ll update in a couple months to see how it’s holding up! :)

They looked so nice when they arrived and had then installed in May. This bathroom is not even fully finished yet! I was cleaning the sink and gave the handles a wipe and the paint peeled off. So, upset now I need to buy 2 new sets cause they have to match! Don’t know if it’s just a defect on one handle as the others appear go so far? Very disappointed!
