High quality vanilla. I add this to sugar in a jar and it makes the perfect vanilla sugar for my morning coffee. A little goes a long way.

We made homemade ice cream using a little of this powder. It was an awesome touch, and it was so yummy!

The bag I got was expensive and it smells so bad I do not want to add it to my dry mix that I have prepared. Too late to return it, but I'm going to have to trash it. Ugh.

This vanilla powder is very aromatic. I have use it in my baking and really like it. I appreciate that since it isn't a extract I don't have to wait until the end to add it to hot items such as custards and pies. That makes it less likely to be forgotten. I'll be ordering it again.

In my opinion, 1/2 a teaspoon equals the flavor of 1 tsp of the Kirkland liquid vanilla.

I bought this to make a cake and icing for my birthday, and it truly delivered. The package is small, but I've been using it for about a month, and I can tell that it's going to last a long, long time. I have a few different allergies (corn, barley, dairy, canola oil), and so I can't always use regular vanilla extracts that you find in stores. I wouldn't call this a good alternative, because I feel like the store extracts are probably just-okay alternatives to this product! But this stuff is great and I'll definitely buy it again whenever I do run out of it.

This vanilla powder is very disappointing. I used a whole teaspoon but still the taste was very mild compared to Wilderness Poets Pure Vanilla Powder, which I only needed to use half a teaspoon in my baking. The Wilderness Powder has a much richer vanilla taste.

I'm enjoying the vanilla bean powder. I use it everyday in my plain Greek yogurt to soften the sour taste. A little bit goes a long way. I haven't used it for baking anything yet. I love seeing the actual vanilla beans. It doesn't have a smell or taste of alcohol the way liquid extract does. I really hope its100% pure vanilla bean. It comes in a resealable quality pouch. I will definitely order it again.
