My son loves this laptop and all its added components.

Bad product
This was a Christmas present for my granddaughter and I bought it in September but the return for it cut off in November. As well, the computer will cut on but will not go off the android screen. Done tried to troubleshoot in different ways and won’t work. That’s a lot of money to put out for something that don’t work plus disappointing.

Charger does not fit into the computer so you can't charge it you have to buy another one and there's no information to contact the company to find out where to get another one that will fit not happy birthday
