I could not live without this stuff. You need to go to their website to watch the video and it may take a couple of times to get it right, but well worth it. I teach fitness and sometimes overdo. I have not had any injuries using the tape when something gets tweaked. I have had plantar fasciitis and when I feel the pain start in my heel, I wrap my foot and it NEVER gets cronic. A couple of weeks wrapped and wearing shoes, I am great again. Can't say enough about how great this is. I have also had my back wrapped and knee. Works GREAT.

I bought this wrap because my knee will swell and I needed to use heat and ice on it to help with the swelling and pain. I put the heat pack in the microwave for 20 second intervals and check the warmth. Normally it takes 45 seconds to get warm enough. I like the wrap because it has an adjustable strap that you can put just about any place on your body to hold the heat/cold compress in place. One thing that I found, is the inside part of the wrap has some silicone lines ( I guess to help with it not slipping) that gets HOT, so be careful so you don't get burned by the silicone. Otherwise I like it very much.

So much easier then single ice packs and heat packs. Stays firmly in place. I use on bursitis on hip. So easy to rotate packs. Well worth buying. I also use the tape.

Expensive KT wrap and did not love the ice/heat system or the way that they wrap adjusts or stays on. Returned.

Perfect for icing my sore shoulder, side, or back. It was well worth the price, use it all the time after work, working out or playing sports.

It does what it's supposed to but if your shoulder is in real pain you might need an extra hand.
