I love the price.....it started to work 4-5 hours after taken it. I used for painful, stiff joints in my hands and feet and hips. I have arthritis in my lower back these pills pretty muched eliminated the pain over a month period, I started feeling a little off after taking for a month. (2 a day before leaving for work). Checked my blood sugar and it was at 40. Stopped taking the supplement and after a few days my sugar levels were back up in the 80's. On a good note we have a family member who is pre-diabetic and has been taking one in the morning and one at night and their sugar levels are dropping ever since they started and their joints don't hurt.
