Update 1 month: the more I use the screen, the more it seems the digitizer isn’t very good either. The screen only responds to around 80% of button presses, and it also occasionally does things on its own. We took the protector off (the one that didn’t stick down on the edges) in hopes that the it was causing the touch problems, but no such luck. But before I was able to try to return it, the phone was dropped from chair height, and the screen shattered. It’s now dropping pieces of glass everywhere. I am going to try a different brand hoping for a better screen.Original review:The replacement screen seems to be fine. I was able to replace the screen and get the phone working again. I replaced the screen on a iPhone SE 2020 (2nd gen) that was broken by being dropped.The good: The screen is good enough quality that I can’t tell much difference between the new screen and the old one before it was broken. The kit comes with some extras (screen protector, 2 magnetic mats, pentalobe screwdriver, Y000 screwdriver, Phillips 00 screwdriver, adhesive tape, plastic tweezers, and a couple of picks).The magnetic mats were a particularly nice bonus, because this is the first kit I’ve received where they were included.On the cons: If you go only by the mat, there are screws that I had to remove that weren’t pictured. The included screen protector wasn’t of very good quality and wouldn’t stick down around the edges. It’s obviously not going to last.But the biggest problem is the lack of a Y00 screwdriver. The screws that hold the home button are Y00, not Y000. Trying to use the screwdriver that’s too small will probably cause the screws to get stripped, and then you’ll be left drilling out screws in the phone your trying to salvage. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE OR GET A Y00 SCREWDRIVER BEFORE YOU START. Not having the right tool cost me an extra day, caused me to have to drill out one screw, and resulted in running to the store for an expensive set of screwdrivers.Yes, I would buy it again, but that’s also because I have a complete set of tools now that cost me way more than the screen.

The screen works and looks just good as the original screen. No one would ever be able to tell that the screen was replaced. I would have given it 5 stars for easy to install but the y000 screwdriver didn’t seem to fit the screws good. I had to use more force than I should have needed to get the screwdriver to catch on the screws that specifically needed that special screwdriver. Other than that it was a great product and I would definitely buy it again and again if I needed to replace screens in the future. One bonus is that the kit came with a new screen protector that I didn’t realize was pet of the kit when I bought it.

I ordered a black screen but seller sent a white screen so I have a panda phone. (See picture) Screen works and was easy to install however the resolution and color quality does not match up to the original. Colors are not as vibrant. If you need a simple replacement and don’t mind a duller image this one works. After using it for awhile you get used to the screen.

I'd add a photo, but the photo of an iphone with a blank screen is.... well... uninspiring.yes, the review is months after the purchase...I delayed swapping the screen until the cracked one was less usable.I was unable to find this sellers install video in my email (oh well) but the internet is full of videos and I found several that showed in great detail.I replaced the screen, charged the phone wirelessly and tried to turn it on. but no screen.I double ( and triple ) checked the cables, all were seated firmly.I verified the phone was charging as I could see the current increase when it started charging.after a while I started hearing alerts on the phone. but still no display.I ordered a replacement phone and I'll buy another screen for this SE and try replacing the new "not working" display one more time before I pound the phone to small shards with a hammer.

Finding a good screen wit perfect quality for cheep is hard but This screen it’s definitely a step up from the rest the quality ain’t like the original but it’s pretty damn close-its good enough to where you won’t even notice after a while easy to put on good quality and last long I drop my phone so much this screen lasted long and is still kicking it’s time for a new one tho 😂I fix phones so trust when I say it’s worth it for the price

More on me than the seller, is important to track the screws and their locations as you take the phone apart. Reason being is Apple uses different screw lengths around the phone. I figured it out but keep that in mind, otherwise, great product and saved my iphone.
