Great Board to Introduce People to Watersports!
I grew up water skiing (heck that's all there was back in the day)... Tried once to get my8 oldest daughter up on Skis (she was 12) and it didn't go so hot and she wasn't interested in continuing trying and just wanted to go back to the innertube. Few years later (she's now 14 and my other daughter is 12) and I wanted to try again but she wasn't too thrilled about it. Stumbled across the Zup board on a Facebook group and did some reading and thought it may be the ticket to get them onto something new and it 100% did the job. First session out and my oldest was already riding it standing up and my younger was loving the knee position and hopping over the wake! Seriously this is a great product that can get people who may not think they can do water sports up and in on the action in no time! Seems very durable too! Thanks ZUP!

The best all-around board with kids 5yr-14yr old
Dude. Newsflash: Your kid or Neighbor's kid is not going to be on the front of WAKESURF MAG! So Get 'em having peek fun! ZUP 2.0 (this is the model to get)... It's the ultimate straddle between wake surf/wake board fun (learning curve) and Tubing. It's quick to set up and super versatile. Better than a beginner kneeboard, it kinda does so much and makes it easy for a 5yr old-14 yr old get some quick success behind the boat. And a lot silly fun stuff to do with it. You don't have to blow it up - BONUS! And it gives the captain time to slam a few more trulys because The ride time is long!Anybody CAN be a winner playing on it. I just wish I put ours under the cushions before I got back on the freeway, sadly I will be buying a second one. ha. Inventory was slim mid-summer so if you see it available, buy it. Yes, this is the best model. Used on MC NXT22.

Fun on the water
Set up was breeze. Pulled behind pontoon. Everyone was able to ride and enjoy. Very easy for beginners. Would buy again.

A new dimension of fun to boating
The media could not be loaded. we took the board with us in our 2024 summer Roadtrip. Works in rivers, lakes, bays and even on the ocean. Easy to learn for all ages. Fun for everyone!

Really easy to get up on, but a bit too heavy once you get some skill
My family just got into boating this summer and this was our first option for a board on the recommendation of a friend. It was so easy to get up for the older teens and adults, and the pre-teen even got it with a couple tries. It really is a great trainer.Older family members have quickly learned to jump the wake and even board with feet front/back instead of in the feet anchors. Kneeboarding has been pretty easy. After a couple times out, some were doing 360s both standing and on knees. My one issue is that it's quite heavy, which might help with stability, but once you get the hang of it (just a couple times up for a reasonably athletic teen/adult), the weight is a problem. One teen ended up with stitches over an eye after the heavy board hit him during a wipeout. It was a fluke, and he's the only injury in many times up, but that's the risk you're taking with a heavy board and one that your feet aren't strapped into. The weight also makes it a bit hard to recover when you jump, since it makes it more difficult to move the board where you need it to be for the landing.I'd still recommend buying it for learning, especially if you boat with those younger or less confident and they want to try a board, but for an older teen/adult, you'll probably outgrow it pretty quickly.

Great for beginners and non-athletic adults like me
Yes I have 3 kids but I’m not gonna lie… I got this for me (40F). I’ve never been able to get up on skis or wakeboard. I just wanted the experience of doing a water sport, so I used my kids as an excuse to get this. I’m happy to report that I did succeed in my goal. We’ve had several kids and adults on it. I love that it can also be used as a knee board. My daughter loves going from knee board to up on her feet and back on the same run. She also sits criss-cross and doesn’t even have to hold onto the handles. My BIL has also never been able to get up on anything, and he was successful on this and was so excited about it. Overall a great purchase!

Great for kids!
Very easy for kids to use, and a great board for them to learn on. Even my 5 year old was able to stand up. They can either stand, kneel, or lay down. The integrated tow hook is great. My only regret is that I bought this during the summer when it was $400. If you're thinking about buying it, definitely do it during the winter or when there's less demand.

BUY IT!!
This thing is amazing. Boating has been such a huge part of our lives for decades, and I’ve been slalom skiing since I was in Kindergarten. Definitely knowledgeable enough to know a good water sport product when I see one! My kids (ages 3 and 6), my 4 year old Niece, and I (35 year old) all LOVE it. The kids feel so comfortable on it, but they can also get adventurous if they want to use the handle rather than hooking it into the board. If they fall, the handle comes off the board easily, as it should, but while I was behind the boat flying over waves on it, the handle stayed put perfectly on the hook. It is SO easy to stand up on even as an adult, as well. I could go on and on...but just BUY IT, already. Ha! Worth every penny.
