Great item but you may not get what you’re after
Great controller, exactly what’s needed. Arrived fast and in great shape, no issues there. However, I grabbed this specific item because the details say that a lithium polymer battery is included (see screenshot). What was received, instead, is what you get from everywhere else - 2 Duracell AA batteries in plastic. Had I known that’s what I was getting, I would have gone elsewhere.

Not new
Controller was not new even though it was stated as such. Sticker that keeps the box closed was clearly peeled back and pressed down again. Adhesive wasn't even intact enough to keep the box closed. The thumbsticks had debris on them which I can only assume is someone else's skin particles. Marring on the inside of the thumbsticks that indicates it was used for some time before returning. Normally none of this would be an issue. However, I did not buy used, refurbished or opened box. I spent the $75 dollars on new, because I wanted new.
